08/01/07 at 9:00 called back the phone numer said it was 'National Assoc. of Police Athletic Leagues'on recording at phone number.

Called my cell phone! Didn't answer, no message and no caller ID.

This number appears on my caller ID from times when I am not at home.  Today, I answered, they stated my last name, I asked who was calling and they hung up.  As listed above and to other phone numbers with same caller ID, they are annoying and certainly not going to get any $.  I do not participate with phone solicitation and wish it was illegal.

I have received at least a half-dozen calls from this number over the past 10 days.  When the answering machine picks up, no message is left.  I redialed the 410 number and got a message saying the call came from the
National Association of Police Athletic Leagues.  An 800 number was given as further contact -- 1-800-396-1757 (customer service dept -- I called)
hours of operation: 9a - 9p eastern.

One of the options given is to request to be put on their "do not call list"; I've done so and will keep track of any future calls.

Every now and then I do answer the phone after repeated calls from an unknown number. After they go through their spiel, I tell them that I do not patronize phone solicitations.  Responses have ranged from complete silence followed by a hang up to "so can we send you something in the mail?".  Duh!

being a retired military policeman, if this organization was legitimate, they would be leaving messages and talking to you.

Received call at 8:30pm, "Is this Mr...", "Who is this, please?" He launched into his rant, asked how I was, I replied I'd be great if he would remove me from this and every other call list he has.

I've given a couple times at my door to the local VFD and received countless phone solicitations ever since. No good deed goes unpunished!

I've been getting at least one call from this number every day for the past three weeks.  There is no caller ID info and no one ever leaves a message.  I recognized it as one that I put on my "do not call" list about a year ago, but that apparently did not work.

This call came at 8:02pm last night. Answered by my answering service but no message left. Congress and the FCC can stop such calls but the 1% owns these companies so nothing is done to stop their harassing of the 99%. Vote the rascals out and get new ones.

I regularly get this call -- today was 10:30 am on a Saturday.  The answering machine answers and they do not leave a message and hang up.  The call appears to be a landline in Crisfield, MD. and so it is long distance.

This number calls up to 6 times a week at all times of day. Whenever I pick up to ask them to stop calling, there is no answer.  This is very annoying.
