I have been receiving several phone calls from this number. Sometimes, there is no response when you answer it. Other times there is a person. Our home phone number is on the Pennsylvania Do Not Call List. It seems were are getting more and more calls because companies are ignoring the Do Not Call list or they are using robo calling.

Call comes from Pittsburgh, PA and posts on thedgital readout as Carnegie at 412-200-1045. They are trying to sell diabetic devices and are quite a nuisance. If they call, give them false information and try to get as much information from them as you can. If you simply ask to have your number removed, they will ignore you.

This number calls and calls, but no one is there when I say hello. We are on the national do not call list.

They are making crank phone calls

Got two (2) calls on 10-15-14 in evening and one call 10-16-14 in morning.  Wanting personal information
and information where we get diabetic supplies. Does not speak english very good.  Sounds like he's just off the boat.  He got nothng and was told to go straight to.....

Got several calls from this number this week, including today twice. Hope they understand English well enough to know what "LEAVE ME THW F*CK ALONE" means. lol

Phone number 412-200-1045 Carnegie has shown up on my caller ID 9 times for the past 3 days (3 calls each day for the past 3 days - October 22, 23 & 24) 1st @ 11:00 AM, 2nd @ 1:00 PM and 3rd between 4 & 7 PM - - I'm on the "Do Not Call List" but that doesn't seem to matter - fortunately, I wasn't home when they called & thankfully there weren't any messages - I hope they have the weekends off - persistent little devils

I get a call from this number several times a day.  When I answer it no one is there and then it disconnects.  I've tried calling it back only to receive a recording stating that this number is not in service.  How can that be when I just received a call from it.

This person called stated they were calling from Dusquesne Light.....what a scam..

I received phone calls with no message from this number.  When I called back it goes dead or not in service.

This is the same thing he asked me, wanted to know about my Blue Cross coverage, I said I don't have insurance. He hung up, he did speak broken English.

Exactly the same thing is happening to us!  Yes, we are in Pennsylvania too.

Same for me.  I get at least 2 to 3 calls a day from this number.  When I answer no one is on the line.  They do not leave a message if I do not answer.  I wish they would stop.

Called the number and was told it was for the loyal order of police. Said it is a delay in broadband...yak, yak, yak and that is why nobody answers. Total BS. Fast talker. Said he would remove my number...we'll see if they do...
