They called me twice today- didn't leave a message. I called the number and got an answering machine that said they were Oasis Energy.

Got a call today, answered and got a foreign speaker who was difficult to understand.  Claimed to work for Home Buyers Inc. (website RealtyTrac.com) and wanted to know if I'd sell one of my listed homes for Cash.  I said sure and he proceeded to ask a lot of questions about it to take back to his Purchaser to see if they would buy it.
Could not tell if they are legit or not.  Assumption is that he was data farming to put house on some site of their own and had no intent to buy.

Wanted to buy my former home. I said it should be in foreclosure but covid may have held it up. If legit, then they'd have asked a follow up question knowing there was a good chance I could still sell the property and avoid aforementioned foreclosure. "Alex" doesn't know what they're doing either way.

Was asking for a person that doesn't even live here and said about a wrong address I feel this is very suspicious of this caller
