Always calls never leaves message!  Don't know who it is!

Annoying calls 5-6 times a day. Hardly leaves message when they do u cant understand them they talk fast and quiet

Calls 5-6 times a day, hangs up on the answering machine every time

Called twice, back to back, but didn't leave a message either time. This burns me up, why call if you aren't going to say why you're calling. People can't come to the phone all the time, and I'm not going to call you back if you didn't feel your call was urgent enough to leave a message!

CBCS, a medical billing collections company.

Recording - "Please hold for the next available representative."   SOMEONE please explain WHY anyone in their right mind would hold for a recording???

They keep calling me.  They never leave a message and on the odd occasion that I have a chance to answer, they immediately hang up as soon as I answer.

I get calls from this company which is CBCS. They always call my cell number as well as my work number. Then when I do answer, I hear a recording of "Please hold for the next available representative." When they call my work, someone is on the phone long enough to ask for me by name, and when I pick it up after its transferred to me, they SAY "Please hold for the next available representative."  I always immediately hang up. If you're going to call, be there.

They call our office constantly with the "Hello, please hold for the next available representative, it's important that we speak with you. thank you"  message everytime.

I see from previous posts that it's a medical billing or collections company but nobody here is supposed to receive personal calls so if they continue this will be a huge issue.

They should not be allowed to call then put us on hold. Don't call me unless you have time to speak! I don't have time to sit on hold and wait for you... you're the ones looking for money, you need the call more than I do! JERKS!!!!!!!!!!! LET US WORK AND STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This jerk calls and this time a real person,, asking all kinds of personal questions, and I keep asking who he is and what he wants that only thing he will say is it is a personal matter for,, my name, yes that's me what do you want,, more questions,, I just hung up

They keep calling and don't leave a message. The one time I talked with a live person they were trying to collect on a medical bill that I had already been paying with the medical centre and another that was already paid. Not sure where they got their info from but it's incorrect all around

Answered and man asked for some one.  i say i will take message and he hung up on me.  

They called, and at first I let it ring, then I decided to answer but when I picked up they hung up. Knock on wood I haven't heard from them since

This number has called my cell phone several times and does not leave a message.  

Just got a call from them on my cell asking for someone I never heard of. When I told them they had the wrong number, he informed me that this call was being recorded for security purposes.

They never leave a message...don't they get it by now??    I will NEVER answer this or any other number I don't know.  I see from the posts above that it's CBCS.   Yes, I know I owe someone some money.   I was making regular payments on a medical bill but the company turned me in anyway!!    Guess what???     The money you got was all you are going to get, so stop calling!!

Called and said I owed a $300 bill from last year from a town I haven't lived in in 25 years!!!

No, I'm NOT a river in Egypt....! And I ain't none of the other bogus named people you ask for either!! :-)
