Called me too. Was already in a call with my boss, so I ignored. Did not leave a message.

Got call answered phone and no one said anything so I hung up.

called. didn't answer. no message.

5 minutes ago.....did not answer phone

2nd time they called but don't say anything.

called my cell phone. Did not answer. No message.

I get multiple calls a day from this number.  It's a recording at first that informs me that as a Duquesne Light customer I can get a discount due to recent deregulation.  Then to hold to speak to a rep.  When a rep gets on the line I have asked them to remove me as I'm registered with DNC...yet they keep calling.  When I ask to speak to a supervisor...they hang up.

I have filed a complaint with the DNC Registry...not sure it will go anywhere but at least I'm trying.

Suggest you do the same.

They keep calling and hanging up when I answer.  I called back and got a recording saying the number is not in service.  Someone give me another number for these jerks cause I want to harass them back.  I think the telemarketer on the end of the line gets credit for a call when you pick  up the line.  He is probably ripping off his employer by not following through on each call.  Maybe he even gets a bonus for number of calls.

I get a call a day from this outfit that wants me to switch from Duquesne Power. The kicker is that I am not a Duquesne Power customer. If I follow the prompts I get an associate on the phone and when I ask to be put on their Do Not Call List he hangs up. My problem is that if I call the number I get a message that the number is not in service or disconnected. These numbers also solicit the same scam: 412-336-5231, 412-213-9095, 412-355-6262, 412-775-3939, 412-744-2424.

I receive a call from this number daily.  When I clicked to talk to a representative and started to talk to him, he hung up on me.  They are NOT who they say they are.  Hang up.  Don't take the calls.  Gosh this is frustrating!!!

5 calls from this number. They want to offer discounted electricity through Duquesne Light, but I don't think they are offiliated with Duquesne

1st call I just hung up on the robo voice

2nd call I pressed 5 to talk to someone and told them to remove my number from their list.

3rd call I just hung up

4th call I pressed 5 again to speak to someone & asked to be removed AGAIN

5th call I pressed 5 to speak to someone and straight out asked what was this company's name, then was disconnected (most likely from a manager listening in)

I called back and the number was not in service, so they are using the run-a-round to get through caller ID.

what f***ing good is a national do not call list when they can still get around it!!!

Telemarketer on behalf of IDC Energy to suspected Duquesne Light customers.  Never leave a message if call unanswered, call at least twice daily.  Using out-of-service numbers on Caller ID to disguise origin.  Other numbers used include:  412-042-6595, 412-215-9095.  Please report them or email IDC Energy Insights:  info@idc-ei.com

Just got one again today, except mine says they are calling about m current electric service with Duquesne.  They did not say duquesne light this time to me.  They are devious and I cannot get rid of them.  Hope someone can help.. I have asked to be removed as I am on do not call list and have an unlisted number.  To no avail!

I got ANOTHER call from them today.  I have tried talking to them and asking to be removed from their list.  I personally am on the do not call list and also have an unlisted phone number, It does not help apparently in this case.  I noticed today that they did not say Duquesne Light, but said, " I am calling about your electric bill with Duquesne"

They say they are "The Discount Center".  With the energy deregulation in Pennsylvania  they want you to get your current bill with Duquesne Light Company and they will tell you what discounts you are eligible for.  They will then contact Duquesne Light and have them update your bill to include the "new" discounts.  Problem is I have been getting these phone calls for weeks now and I have asked them 3 times to put me on the do not call list and I still get the calls.  I am not even a Duquesne Light Customer and have explained it to the reps and still receive these annoying calls.  They supposedly represent 30 companies in promoting their BS.  LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have called numerous times.  I finally answered and got their recorded message.... when I got to a live person and requested their company information and informed them I am on the Do Not Call list...they hung up.  When I tried to call the number back...got 'number is not in service message'.  These people are jerks.  Reported them to both PA Attorney General and FTC via National Do Not Call list.  Hopefully everybody reports them and they finally take action against them.
