Person called from this number and said they were pre-trail processing. they call from a 412 area code (PA) and leave a 702 number (NV). Seems fishy.

received call from answering machine it said it was a pre-trail processing is there such a thing like that ?  I dont even have credit cards there saying there going to sue me WTH!!!

Received a phone call from this number saying that they have two charges against me and that I can resolve this issue with the person or once they find me I give up that right to work with them.   No idea who they are.

Calls from 412-346-1399 and recorded message says something about collecting from employer/residence once found and that this is the county clerk's office.  I have no outstanding debt and no 'county clerk' in PA is going to sue me in Ohio. Number reverses as follows:

This is a phishing scam as far as I can tell.

I also just received this call as well and have no debt. This IS A SCAM please report it to the FTC as soon as possible

I just received the same phone message on my phone from the same phone number.  I have no idea who this is and it sounds awful fishy to me.

I just received a call from this number telling me that it pretrial prophecy and I'll do a settlement offer with fee of $543 and wanted like they can count information to process payment this is fraud

These guys left a recorded message that rang to my companies main phone number and stated they had a pending case against me and stated my name. Anyone who hasn't dealt with these losers would think its legitimate. What can be done to stop them? They called my cell and my work.

I also got a call from this number and I can tell you that this is a scam. Report this guy immediately before he gets away with it.

Got a call from 412-346-1399 saying I owed money for a loan that I never paid back. I have taken out one loan in my entire life and I paid it off in 3 days. Says I owed from 2010. Really, do these people think I'm that gullible or stupid as to believe their garbage?!? Can we say, SCAM?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Got a call an hour ago saying I owe a company named Pack management for a 500 dollar loan I took on the internet. They said I was liable for it. They would not tell me what account that the money was sent to. They told me that I would get all that information when I made a payment on the money owed. Said they were called Cohen Phillips pre trial.

Just received the same call.  Didn't answer, the voicemail left was cut short was saying something about taking legal action and had a case number and such.   These fools get info from online.  They've gotten mine from SEVERAL years ago when I was younger and foolish and had looked for loans online.  They don't even have my current married name and I've been married 4 yrs.  It's just the a**hole scammers trying to stir up fear in people.

412-346-1399 left an auto-voice message stating they're from the county clerks office and they're going to chase me down at my home and job to collect a debt for someone who is suing me (NOT!!) but if they find me first I give up the right to dispute it, LOL!! come on out Boy, us folks out here in Tennessee handle our justice in our own manner out here in the sticks, I dare ya lol I got something for ya, your associates better bring a couple shovels and a wheel barrow to pick up what's left of your sorry ass. My Dad just got the same type of pre-recorded message, on his phone, saying they were looking for me!
Have no idea who they are!

this number has been calling daily.  they leave a message saying they are pre-trial services and would hunt me down to collect at my place of employment.  they didn't even say who they were calling.  they did not call me by name.  I do not have an outstanding debt that they can collect for.

this is a scam, called to say they were reporting me to county clerk office, I called county clerk office and they advised this number is a scam..

this number is a scam, they said they  are pre trial from county clerks office, this number 412 346 1399 is not to the county clerk at the courthouse. I called county clerk office in the county of Alleghany and they advised this is a scam.  they advised anyone can call the county court clerk at  (412) 350-4207, and ask for clerk of court and they will advise you that this number that keeps calling everyone is a scam and that they are not in anyway associated with the courts.

I just called the county clerks in pittsburgh and the clerk told me that this number is not in anyway affiliated with them!
