A person - Jim Gregory - sounds like a fishy name too - called and said they are a consulting firm; they are seeking companies for a 5 year GSA contract; lotta bs right there. He should be arrested.
Not sure how he got my name and number though - good I do not take calls from strange numbers.

I got same call about gov contract.  Told me the application fee was $7500.00 I quickly hung up!

5 year GSA contract.  Said his name is John Gregory.  Another unsolicited caller whose number is now blocked.

Said her name was Brandy. Said they were a "consulting firm locating businesses interested in a 5-yr GSA contract with the federal government."

Just called my office asking to speak to my employer about a GSA contract. His name was Jerry Bird. Transferred him to the limbo voicemail

Received call today, 1st time. This is a private number, on NO CALL LIST, and they left no message.

The scammers keep coming up with new ways steal from hard working good people. I hate them worse than a skunk under the house that won't leave.  I just have a lot more respect for the skunk.

There are several GPE consulting firms.  Obviously this is fishing.  He didn't know my name or company.  He hesitated when reading the script about GPE a consulting firm.

"Dwight" with heavy foreign accent, called from 412-347-6905 asking about some items he said he ordered from us.  He gave a return phone number of (718) 470-7127.  This is not our customer, therefore, he will not be getting a call back.

Call came from Bethel Park, PA.

This sounds like the operation that is under investigation by the florida attorney general.   it's the same pitch ver batim as GSApreview.com, gsa1000.com, gsaapplications.com, federalbuyersguide.com

Very sketchy.  buyer be-very-ware!!
