412-430-5636 called again today. It's an illegal robocaller. It sounds like a real person, but it's not. It's a system similar to Siri and Cleverbot. The spiel it gives was different this time around. It went - Hi, this is Jim from the Approval Department. Is... Is this the owner? Hello? Yes, this is Jim from the Approval Department. Is... is this the owner? May I speak with the owner? - At this point if you ask it a question like - Is this a machine? It will respond back with - I am a real human being. Just hung up on it this time. Reporting the call, once again, to the FCC.gov website.

Yes, this is Jim/Alex/Mike from the Approval Department. Is... is this the owner? May I speak with the owner? - It's always the same guys voice, just different names. At this point if you ask it a question like : Is this a machine? It will respond back with : Ha ha ha. I am a real human being. Reporting all of the calls, once again, to the FCC.gov website.

Yep - This is a robocaller that  sounds like a real person, but its not.

"Hello - this is Liz from the approval department. Are you the owner?"
"May I please speak with him?"
"Are you the one that's in charge of the credit card processing account?"
"OK no problem (with an auto chuckle) have a nice day. Good bye"

Really - I'm going to turn over my credit card account to a Computer? HAL WHERE ARE YOU?

Answer "unknown" number 1st time - when apparent "robo-caller" (computer) then:
ALWAYS Answer the number with "silence;"  After approximate 30 seconds Auto-Hang-Up;
NEVER speak or give any info;  
"robo-caller" (computer) "thinks" it has reached a non-working line and calls slow down and eventually cease;

From the above, this SOUNDS like it's part of this racket. Should I add 412-430-5636, 417-800-2684 and 314-666-8364 as cross-references for these?

They're a relentless bunch who want to give small business loans. SCAM. Caller ID shows MANY different names, depending on which number they're calling from. I've received countless calls from all of these:

You can be sure they have many more (hundreds?) but this is all I know to date.
