The calls come in at least once a week and do not identify themselves on Caller Id but rather show their number where the name belongs. They want you to get a copy of your latest electric bill. They obviously want you to pick them up as your electric supplier. Telling them to stop calling you does not work. Very annoying.

Calling them back (using CallIDBlock) - they don't answer with a company name, another good indication they're not a legitimate company.

Getting calls from this number. They do not leave a message.

They claim to be from 'Sperion Energy'.  Also want to 'lower my electric rate'.
Like all the rest of the scammers.

They called today and I blocked them. My home phone is a Panasonic with a total of 4 plus the base. It joins with my cell phone when I walk in the door. The best part is it can block over 200 phone numbers so once I put in the spam number It will block it forever

If you have a smart phone I use Mr Number (app) and it will block all the spam numbers and you won't even know it is working

Ive been getting private calls where nobody picks up and I *69'ed them and got their number. I left them a stern message warning them that if they call again that they will be reported to the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). Dropping that name gets people off your back fast. I had a debt collection agency calling us and harassing us saying a person I dont even know owes them money. I called them and threatened CFPB intervention and not a call since.

I don't understand us all as victims doing nothing. Yes they have the ability to erase their number from your call id but hasn't anyone heard of a class action lawsuite. you don't need to get on any do not call list but try to mitagate the damage as much as your able or well enough to . The only thing they will understand is a lawsuit, explaining what their doing on open line talk radio and the use of other 4th estate methods foreign and domestic. They and others have each been responsible for an unspeakable amount of damage each in their own way. I don't think reporting them to the DNC helps. Its probably a form of the fox guarding the hen house anyway. Keep a log of damages and document everything. Increase or needing medications for stress ,heart/chest pain, hospital bills, falling trying to  get to the phone, them filling your call id so you lose important   numbers,etc.. which is probably why the try to make them disappear. CLASS ACTION PERIOD. Another number they give is 888-682-8082. Play with the number and see what it 800 notes to like 412-430-5588 instead of 412-430-5688 . What a coincidence,a problem # too.....

Having a change of mind. Forget about suing. What's happened is so wicked it can make you angry and even stumble your relationship with God for a moment. We all must forgive and that from our hearts. Otherwise, they have a window to change or mold us into them . Maybe its their job so they can feed their families or for some other reason we dont know about and their not thinking that they might be hurting someone who at least is trying to grow in God. Although we maybe far of the mark at times, at least we are aware of the target. Overpower evil with good. Pray and do good things for these people if you can find them, for they may not know or understand what they do . They just called.  I have Do Not Call and I've had more calls than ever.

This number calls CONSTANTLY. Usually let it go to machine~they don't leave message. Answered today and asked to be put on do not call list. Guy said ONLY MY HUSBAND COULD REQUEST THAT. I just blocked the number.

I get a call from this number at least once a week. They never leave a message on the voicemail. If you answer the call no one is there. This call usually comes with a call from a private number, within and hour before or after. Same thing. No message or no one on the line. Twice I just waited the Private Number one out. The first time I was eventually connected to a telemarketer for the Fraternal Order of Police wanting a donation. The next time, after I listed my number on the Do Not Call list, I got an automated 'Goodbye' before it disconnected.
I'm thinking this is an automated telemarketing system. Once you answer it checks to see if you number is on the Do Not Call list. If it is it disconnects. If it isn't it routes your number to whatever telemarketers are contracting with them. This way Telemarketers add a layer of legal protection to themselves, They didn't call you, your call was routed to them by an automated system they are contracting with. That automated system made the call and re-routed the call to them after being answered.

55 calls and counting from July 17th-Aug 27th. I am so glad I have this blocked. Comcast records it as a missed call. I check the log occasionally. I am 99% sure they are scammers from what other posters have said.

I have gotten Robocalls from 412-430-5688 that are Breather Calls. When I call back I am instructed to dial 1 for a representative & there is none or to dial 2 to be taken off of the call list but am called anyway.

They just called my home AGAIN.  I *82d the number and actually received a voicemail stating if you wanted to place your phone # on their DNC list press 2.  How, if I blocked my #, can they put your # on the DNC???

Got a call from this number,    caller ID  says Pittsburgh, PA     No messages left on machine, and when aren't familiar with the number,   we don't answer!!    Getting more annoying with these unknown names,  unknown numbers calling all hours of the day and night!

do not call    this ph. number I have told them stop calling and they still do .... I am a retired PECO electric Co. employee I know what a scam for electric company is!

I been getting calls from this number twice a day. I call back no answer.

Called and when I answered there was no one there.

Rather than calling them back I think we should find out who the OWNERS are and figure some way to make them more miserable than they  make us.
