Received a call from a woman asking for our shop manager. It was very loud in the background, and we normally don't get calls for our shop manager where they don't know his name. I asked who she was calling from, and why she needed to speak with him, and she said she was calling from RCS and needed to speak to him about a shipment. I asked what the shipment number was (as I have been through this before with another number claiming to be RCS 412-440-0622) and she could not give me the shipment number. She said she did not have that information. I politely asked her why she would be calling about a shipment she didn't have the info on, and she stated that it was returned to sender. I responded in asking if she was calling to confirm our address - as I could definitely assist her with that, but she said she HAD to speak to the shop manager. She wanted to ask him if he received any of the 'We Missed You' slips from UPS. I let her know that I receive EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE directly to me, and that I did not receive any of them. It was at this point she got frustrated and started talking about how she needs to speak with the person that orders supplies, and then she needed to speak to the safety officer. When I asked why the person she needs to speak with has changed three times in the matter of minutes, she forwarded me to her "supervisor". I basically had the same conversation with him - him saying vague things that didn't make a lot of sense and when I questioned what he said he HUNG UP ON ME.

I think they're the people from JJ Keller and Associates that scam you into purchasing product you don't need/want.

Man simply said, "I can send you a pledge card in the mail"  I asked what this was about.  He said "I understand" and he hung up.  Weird...
