Scam don't even call them back they left a message for me to call them back to this number 877-669-0536 I did after I exchange some language with them they called back and the cller Id was 412-564-2741

Hello...do they still keep calling you..He is persistent!!

This scam co stole over 3000 from me...they are persistent so I just answer and hang up so they can't leave messages.  

Saying they are working with new haven county with several charges against me

she said they had a criminal and civil suit against me for check defraud through Wells Fargo. I have never written any checks only had debit card. She said her name was Amanda Rivers. Then someone by name of Alan Peterson came on line to do a recording. Said if I was taken to the criminal court I would possible be owing 3618.84 not counting the civil charge. Is this legit or not

It isn't. If the call were regarding a Wells Fargo account , the call would have come from Wells Fargo well before it reached this point. However, if you are concerned, I would suggest calling Wells Fargo at the number listed on their website and discussing it with one of their representatives.

Unfortunately, I made a payment to these people - the "loan" they were collecting on was taken out by my ex-husband, but I didn't know they were fraudulently collecting, until I started getting calls from numerous other agencies, whom actually would provide me with a company name & documents. I spoke with Amanda Rivers, got a call back from Stacie somebody. Got hang-up on by a guy whom refused to give his name when I asked. Don't fall for it.
They also called from 412-564-0333, & left a call back # that ended in 0197, I believe. They left a message on my fiance's voicemail, that was a clear violation of the FDCPA, removing any last bit of doubt about them being a legitimate debt collection agency.

This is a fraudulent company and should be shut down.

called and said i would go to jail for a yearand have legal precedings brought against meif i didnt pay a payday loan i have never even heard of. My Attorney advised me it, and I quote "was bullsh**" that thae cant do anything they said to me.
