Calls 2x daily no message n no one on the line

When these type of phone calls a "I'm sorry, I can can't hear you", then I speak low hoping the raise their volume on their ear piece, once I feel they are good and ready a BLAST of a air horn into the speaking part of the phone, makes ME FEEL BETTER!!!!
