Receive the call, answer but they hang up.  Call back get me disconnected

Left message saying they weren't calling about a bill!?? Never answered never called back

they said they were from micros and was i haveing computer problems and was I at my computer, when i said no they hung up

Called but when I answered they hung up without speaking.
Called back and they answered but never said anything for 40 seconds.
I hung up and made this report.

This number called me just a few minutes ago. A man with a thick asian accent proceeded to tell me he was from some company for windows and i had some type of unwanted malware on my pc. He was so hard to understand i ended up just hanging up. I wasnt able to get too much info (well nothing i could understand)

called my number, didn't leave message.when called them back some Asian speaking guy answered but couldn't understand him

Person called asked for Liz seemed like possibly a African American male younger maybe I told them they had the wrong number.

go this call a couple times cant dial back whats up

I got the same and just hung up on them. I know my computer is protected

I keep on receiving calls from solicitors trying to charge me money from anything to computer repair monitoring programs to government grants of which they will charger you $6,000. to provide you the paper work. They have even called as a debt collector threatening me to pay on medical bills that were paid by my insurance company that I was never responsible for because there was no such debt. It is all a scam.

That was their same claim when they called me, wanting remote access to my computer. Saying I had vicious malware on my computer that needed to be removed immediately before I ruined my computer. This made me suspicious because I haven't reported any problems and I know better than to give remote access to my computer to a total stranger. I also have a reliable security program on my computer that hasn't flagged anything.

I told them I was too busy to have this conversation and they kept insisting it would only take a minute to just access a new tab and they would walk me through the rest...... ummmm no

Scam call claiming to be from Windows support and stated they are located in Saginaw MI.  Wanted to access my computer to fix a problem I was having.  Questioned what the planned to do and he said they would have to find the bad files and correct them.  When asked which files had problems he said he had to have access to find out.  He sounded like he might be from the region around India of Pakistan.  I am a software engineer. I hung up the phone.

It is not uncommon for these operations to display the same bogus number for more than one scam.  They can call  all they want since I will not answer.

Operations like this are based overseas and there are many of them out there.

I just got a call from this number saying I had viruses in my computer and they work for micros. I told them I don't have a computer, so how can I have viruses, guy with very thick Indian accent got mad at me asking why I don't have a computer? He also said he knew I had a computer.

Received call from above # .  Male with an Indian accent told me he was from Windows stating that I had a virus and he needed to get more info.  I told him that I had AVG and he said that didn't cover what I had wrong with my computer.  I became suspicious and hung up.  I called the number and another male Indian voice answered "...Insurance Company"  I didn't get the name.  When I confronted him with the "Windows" information he hung up on me.

This number called. I didn't recognize the number so I let it go to voicemail. No message was left. probably a scam.

Called me on my cell while at work just a few minutes ago.  He had a thick Indian accent and said he was from "Yankee Tech".  I said .."Just a second ... let me look up your company on the Better Business Bureau"  He sighed and then hung up.  

Gee it's tough being a SCAMMER these days!

Have had two calls from this number on my cellphone (even though I a on the Do Not Call Registry) never answer it because I don't know the number.  After reading the comments below I have blocked the number so hopefully won't get anymore from them.

Called and hung up. No voicemail. Must be a typical scammer.
