A foreigner called & asked for someone, too hard to understand, i said this is Caolyn & she hung up

Annoying calls from someone who hangs-up as soon as the phone is answered.  We've had 5 calls in the last hour.

This number calls my home number several times per day.  They hang up when I answer.

I had a call from this number and it said it was from McKeesport so I answered. They knew me by name and asked if I was a diabetic and after I responded no the lady (who had a very thick accent) said good, okay bye.

Received a call yesterday asked to speak to <my name> I asked Sr. or the 2nd they hanged up right then and there...
I am waiting for an important phonecall and I keep getting random calls from different numbers and this is just added to the list this is getting annoying.

Forgot to say had a hard to understand accent... I have to answer all calls since I have no idea if it is going to be a real call or not this is annoying.

These people continue to call me despite me telling them I'm not interested in receiving diabetic supplies from them.  They are a royal pain.
