412-924-8155 belongs to the VULTURES from "PORTFOLIO RECOVERY".

Vultures like these buy zombie debt, or phantom debt,
and then they try collect it in any way they can.
That should explain all these harassing phone calls.

Check the case of George Lovelock, who missed a payment of only 11 cents,
and collectors aggressively tried to collect more than $4,000 from him.

Sadly today vultures dealing with zombie debt
is one of the fastest growing industries
in the nation.

Portfolio Recovery, called for months, several times a week, sometimes several times a day.  We have never owned money, and do not have the credit card they mentioned.  Repeated reports to the FCC did not help.  I finally reported them to the Better Business Bureau. BBB contact them. The result was they said oh, we were looking for somebody else.  We have not received a call from these scam artists since.

I receive 1-3 calls a week from this company, always at different times, and always from various numbers (this was the first time from the 412).  They never leave a message - and I don't owe any debt.

Called, people talking in the background but no response when I said hello. Listened and could hear others making calls but no discernible information could be heard.

Hung up after a minute and a half.

They keep calling my job, don't say anything when you answer phone.  They need to stop calling my work.

Keep getting calls from Portfolio Recovery,    all under different phone numbers!   Calls at home day and night,  calls cell at work!   and even the business phones.   Never leaves a message,  but we don't pick up the phone when we see these scammers calling.     I am sick and tired of the harassment and will press charges legally against these idiots.   How stupid do they think people are to keep calling under numerous numbers,  names, etc.
