Company in South Hadley, MA selling clean up services

I left the following message with the Do Not Call Registry: After I listened to the call and pushed 9, I was given a phone number to call later 413-210-5295.  Within about 10 minutes "Kevin" phoned and asked if I wanted carpets cleaned or other services.  I told him I did not know why he was calling me as I was on the Do Not Call List.  He said he would remove our number.  A Google search of this number shows others have been receiving these calls also, even though they are on the Do Not Call List.  What is the purpose of Registry if there is not action taken to stop such calls?

same with me, got a call from this Kevin even though I am on the national do not call registry.  I think no one should do business with him.

I get calls from this idiot every month or so, it seems. I have Comcast voice mail and I have to listen to every message all the way through; I can't delete messages while listening to them. (Which is completely ridiculous, I realize.) So I have to listen to this guy's sales pitch all the way through. It is infuriating and I can't believe that he's allowed to do this. Does he actually think I would want to use his services after getting repeatedly spammed? I guess there must be some suckers out there who actually call him.

If a salesperson calls you when you specifically ask NOT to be called by salespeople, then you get mad.  That's how it works.  Kevin needs to get fined.  I'm about to register a complaint against him as well, and I hope he reaches that magic mark with my complaint that actually gets him fined.

Hey, "JOEBLOWIDAHO", If "Kevin" is 'so great' then WHY doesn't he state his LAST NAME or COMPANY NAME on his spam messages?  WHY doesn't his COMPANY NAME come up on Caller ID?   *ANY* so-called professional, LEGITIMATE company should be PROUD to display their NAME and PHONE NUMBER for all potential customers to see - and use.   And, if YOU have done business with this guy, WHY don't YOU ALSO use your REAL name and tell us HIS???   So....I think YOU are part of this SCAM, as well; maybe YOU are HIM!!!

ALL COMPANIES who call under the COVER of ANONYMITY ARE SLEAZY AND SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED AND REPORTED TO THE DONOTCALL LIST AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IF THEIR AREA!

This guy has called more than once with no caller ID. In the message if your interested you push #1 on your phone then he transfers you to someone, probably Kevin who answers the phone "hello" like answering at home. When you mention the the house wash he says he is the answering service. I doubt it. He say leave a # and he will have someone get back to you.
