Likely yet another of the "Buy Solar Panels over the phone" (!) or "Switch your Electric Provider" SPAM calls.  We've gotten SEVENTEEN of these calls in the last 22 days with the Same MO - all different States/area codes/numbers with just a city name on caller id:

978-769-1293 "GEORGETOWN, MA" (A step up from Fitchburg & Lawrence - but Still SCAMMERS!)
413-382-7521 "SPRINGFIELD, MA"  (Also a CRIMINAL HUB)
413-271-7390 "SPRINGFIELD, MA"  (CRIMINALS)
458-201-1435 "EUGENE, OR"  (New tactic; try the other side of the country.  BUSTED!  STILL SCAMMERS)
916-312-2734 "SLOUGHHOUSE, CA" (Same as above.)
669-237-3575  NO NAME - CA area code
669-237-3665 "CAMPBELL, CA" (3X)
440-721-4682 "PAINESVILLE, OH"  (Still SCAMMING.)

ALL these calls are likely generated OVERSEAS, most likely INDIA or PAKISTAN, as the callers all seem to have heavy ASIAN/MUSLIM accents.

Called (AGAIN) at 5:55pm on 3/17/15 and showed as Springfield, MA on the caller id.  I picked up the phone and hung up so they couldn't leave a recorded message.

Caller ID said Springfield Ma. Recorded message about electric bills, an obvious scam.

413-271-7390 called and when I picked up they hung up. We are on the DNC list so it is reported as are each and every call we receive that is not wanted. Not that is does any good but give me satisfaction.

I just received a call from 413-271-7390. Caller ID listed it from Springfield,MA. No one on other end.

This number appears as +41 32 717 39 0 on my cellphone.  I blocked it and now I'm done with telemarketing with this company,

Received a call from that number no message left.

Received call from this number today 04/07/15 approximately 11:55am eastern time. Caller ID listed it just as "MA" No voicemessage was left, and so it is going to be blocked.

Only answered the call because I was waiting for a call (from someone I know) and didn't look at the number.  Said hello  Nothing there but dead air then after 5 seconds call disconnected.

They will just call you from another number.   I am on the National Do Not Call List and I am still getting these calls.

I am tired of calls about my electric Bill, particularly since I do not have an electric bill.

And what exactly is a MUSLIM accent?

I have also been receiving several calls a day from this number.  Because I am applying for jobs I have answered a couple of them.  It is always a recorded message.  Today, I called them back, and was offered to get on a "do not call" list.  I followed the prompts, and we'll see what happens.  The ironic thing is that my husband and I put solar panels on our house last year, so we haven't paid an electric bill since March 2014.

The two parties are using the exact same calling pattern.
