I have been receiving bogus text from this number

I just got a text from this number asking to buy Mary kay. They gave me an email address.

I also got a text from this number requesting to buy Mary Kay.  I don't have my cell phone number listed on my Mary Kay Website, so I don't know if the company's consultant records were hacked or not.

I also got a text from this number requesting to purchase Mary Kay. I was given an email address to send a message to so that the person could then email me an order.

Did anyone respond to the number?

I got the same message to purchase Mary Kay. Not responding. Reporting to our Legal Department.

I just got a text asking to order Mary Kay and gave me an email. I am not responding and turning it in too.

I got a text from this number requesting a MK order. I emailed them and they returned an email with the list of items they would like to order. They claim that they will pay up front before order is placed. They also gave an address where to send the order.

I just got a text from a # I didn't know asking to send them an email to purchase MaryKay. I sent an email and then went back to look at it, and researched the #, and it is some sort of scam what should I do? I am afraid they will have access to my email and cell phone now!

i just received the same text about purchasing Mary Kay.. i sent them and email but then realized it might be a scam so i changed my password to protect myself.. i went against my better judgement in responding. I sure hope I dont regret this.. =(

I also received a text last night. It was proper english and made sense (unlike most scams) so I hesitated to ignore it, but my gut says just let it go. I feel bad if it's a legitimate person trying to place an order, but they obviously found my website, so they could have just placed the order there...I'm not risking myself or my business.

I received the same text message from this number and just responded back that I would be happy to take their order but payment must be received and cleared before you will receive your order. Needless to say I have not heard back from the person.

That's a scary thought. I hope you reported it. I got the same message, but my number is listed on my PW.

I just got the same tm. I told them to order from my website and gave them my MK email address. I just checked on InTouch and there is info about this sort of thing under "Resources" "Legal" "Protecting Your Business From Fraud". It's good to read because this person may still try to place what may seem like a valid order with a credit card. Please read the info on In Touch before filling it.

I got a text from this number asking to order Mary Kay products.  Looked up the number and found tons of reports on this one.  Mine is just another report.  
Is anything ever done about these reports?  Thank you.

I also got a text from this person and sent him an email. He claims he is deaf but wants to order multiple colognes for his cousins 35th birthday. over 300 worth of cologne. Does not make sense but yet claims he wants to make payment before the transaction.

I just received the same message and I will be reporting it to the legal department.  The latest scam is they will pay for it up front with stolen unreported c/c by the time the c/c realizes it you are out the money and the product. Change your em passwords if you responded to this person.  Seller beware!!!!

I received a text from this person.. I texted back saying to register on my website and can make order there..Minutes later resent me same exact text.. Like if its a machine just randomly sending them. This is scary, I just opened my new website two days ago and am already regretting it
