I've been getting calls from someone claiming i owe a payday loan. When i ask for proof that this is my loan they want give that information. They're saying i'll get the information once i'm served with legal papers          4137520501

My buddy has been harassed by these guys for the past 2 days. Its a scam. Call this number and tell them to go [***] themselves. 413) 752-0501. Middle eastern scam artists

Just received call said i Will be arressted at work thursday or not paying a loan fee on a loan i didnt get!

so i go the random call from middle eastern people that i couldnt understand, stated that i was being sued by a loan company. hte lady got mad cause i told her if anyone spoke english and she stated that she was. lol but i told her anyone around that is from america and she got really madd that she screamed at me lol. but i called back and some guy picked and i asked where they were located and if they can fax over the so called information that they have on me, he said that i will recieve something in the mail on friday and i asked why friday and then he hung up [***]. and they called my job !!!!!!! that i will get arrrested outside my job and to have aleast 1000 in my pocket.

calling saying that i will be arrested friday for non payment on a loan from western commercial bank that is supposly located here in buffalo,ny could not provide me with an account number,amount of loan,but some how got my social security number.also very rude and aggressive speaking,tried to talk over me,saying i should have all the information regarding this and should have been served already since it was my loan.This bank does not exist where i live..

Thanks for the post. I received a call as well. From this firm. India accents. Same threats. I just laughed and said cant wait until they show up at my door step. Hate scammers   Keep posting it helps.

Same deal...got the call asked them where they were calling from, and the person gave a fake address.  Asked them to send me proof and they stated I should have already gotten a letter in the mail(which of course I did not).  They wanted my social and I told them if this was legit they would already have my info.  John or Bill said wait until Friday

Just got a call from these guys myself. I to will be arrested on Friday for a loan I don't even have. They should put that much effort into getting a real job instead of trying to screw people. I get this type of phone call every couple of months. Different company & persons name each time, but the same crap everytime.

also got a call on my job from these indian accents, state I will be arrested too, do not know how they got my info!!

They leave me messages at work saying things like:

to call and pay my debt to them or they won't be bale to help me avoid terrible consequences
I will lose my job if I do not call them, etc.

Sounds like the same person who calls every few months ago from a different number (indian accent) each time and with a variety of things coming up on caller IDs

OMG - these people are NUTS!!! And major harrassers!!! They just called my work 29 times (no lie!! 29 times AFTER I answered and told them to STOP calling me.  I don't know what they are talking about.  They said someone will be at my work on Friday to arrest me! WTH???  
It is some middle eastern dude - his name has been Luke Smith, Mr. Brown...etc... stupid!
They've been calling my cell a million times and now my job.
I do not know how to get them to stop!!!
They caller ID this time was this MA number - but it's been all kinds of numbers.  Once it was even a number from the area of the country my parents live in!!
I'm putting the call type as Debt Collector because that's what they say but it's a TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Calling saying I owe money for a loan. I called back and was told the money is actually owed for a website I did not unsubscribe to, and a police officer would serve me papers today. The people at this number are pretending to be a law office. I asked for their company name and address so I can check with the Better Business Bureau and was told "good luck with that you piece of sh$% " and hung up on. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

Everyone who is posting on here should report these guys to the FTC. The FTC website is very easy to use and it only takes a few minutes to fill out the information. Put an end to these scammers!

I have been getting the same phone call, they called my phone 6 times in a row threatening me with the same thing and saying an officer will show up at my job. I asked for proof as well and they said don't you know.. 413-752-0501

Same as the others, threating to send me to jail, charging $5,000 in legal fees plus the loan amount of $8,000 (now $786.16 after the third call).  Sending legal papers to Attorney General Pam Bondi and others (ha).  I worked them good until they got flustered and hung up.  Called them back, worked them over, they hung up again.  Called a third time, the foreign fellow gave a name of Tom Stevens of Slade and Davis Law firm.  Got him really frustrated.  He told me to call on Monday if I didn't get "the papers." I plan to call on Monday (413-752-0501), ah, what a great stress reliever (lol)

Yup same here got a call today for one if your gonna threaten me speak proper english camel bag. It is not against the law to owe on a loan in fact suga cakes..I contacted my local authority who luaghed and told me it is a civil matter and how to report them. You cannot be arrested for owing a loan in which most cases padyloan online are not liscenced in the state I'm in. They are a bunch of hog wash and since I am to be incarcerated Monday according to them we will see how shocked they are when I call them and say fre at last..i's still free. Wamp losers! You lose.. fatality...

Got the same call today lol. Have fun with it answer the call and say Special Agent "Whoever" From the FBI. theyll [***] bricks!

They also call from these numbers also 972-476-8620 and 214-635-4611 and 469-342-0082 and say they work for john Davenport law

This group called my wife today and made some threats to her.
Saying she was being sued. After she told me about it I called and hung up to get
The name and looked them up. Now as I thought it was a scam in the first place
I was reassured after reading this post. So now its open session on this fun group of ppl
