This idiot called and told my friend he would be arrested within the hour unless my friend paid a fine. They wouldn't accept a credit card, they wanted a debit card number. My friend didn't have a debit card, fortunately. When he asked me about it I told him it was a scam.

Same idiot calls my home. I have had calls from different numbers and has Indian accent. We have been ignoring it yesterday my phone carrier gave me this number: 18002572969 and report it. They will follow up.

A person with an Indian accent name Jayj Williams called and said that it was imperative that I give the message to the person he was calling about by the end of today as it was regarding a legal case.

This happen to me also but were can u have this guy reported and haf indian accent also it is bogus call do not pay him I did not

I also received call from this number. They threaten me that I owe debt to my state. If I don't pay, I will be arrested etc. They have one Indian Origin ( who speaks Gujarati Language too). I told that I do not owe debt and will not pay without checking.

This stupid guy call my house and tell me that they have crime case against me. He said that If I don't do anything they would come and arrest me. This is is fraud. I am going to call (800) 257-2969. They will inqure about it and will do the legal step.

This guys are calling from India and it is a Fraud. I am Indian and got the accent, I called them back and started with who is calling and gave them earful in Indian (Gujarati) language. The person said holdon and transferred me to their boss who without even asking anything started to abuse me in Indian (Guajarati) language. Please do not pay them, report this number to 800-257-2969.

We had a message on our answering machine that was hard to understand.  We thought it had something to do with crime happening on our street so we called the number.  The person who answered the phone was also hard to understand with a heavy Indian accent.  I regret telling him my phone number and name. It was obviously a scam.  I'll report the number to 800-257-2969.

I got call from this ph# person name was Officer Ron Davis fr Warrent to not paying tax, even interpreter Raju Patel asking fr money order or debit card not accepting credit card, totally fraud scam call.

Called this stupid people put a message like police are on the way to catch us because we didn't pay the debt, they sent 4 letters and we didn't reply them, When called back to them,  they are not scared at all and they will keep doing this yellow call, I don't know FBI or law inforce people cannot do anything against this criminals?

Well, someone needs to find out where the call originated and who is the caller...
where is he getting the phone numbers from...

I got this same call today. Said he was calling from Crime Investigation Department. Said my identity and name are under investigation. Said I had 3 legal charges filed against me. I have never ever been to Massachusetts.

Is there are way to stop him?

Yes, truly it is a scam. On 24th I received call from phone #413-776-6213. Caller was with Indian action. I recognized because I am Indian. Caller said, "There are three cases against your name and identity, also there are federal charges because you have not paid taxes." I contacted him thru my lawyer. My lawyer called him caller was claiming his name as a JOHN CRUZ ,officer, crime unit. My lawyer chat with him by using my name and John Cruz said, "Go to the store buy a green card from the store and make me payment under name of Department of crime unit right now otherwise we will arrest you within 24 hours". After chatting with John Cruz and reviewing online information, we recognized this scam. Well, I am not arrested now it more than 24 hours passed. I am waiting for the caller to get me so I can make arrangement to arrest him.

Well, I took recorded message to local police station and POLICE did nothing! She asked me do you want me to file a harassment case? I said, "I am concerned citizen to you have to find and arrest them" Police said you have to go to your jurisdiction. They do not want to take any responsibility.

I got the message on 4/9 same anf then on 4/12 was on phone and he said that not paying taxes and state investigation and all that BS.unfortunately I am a victim to this [***] and lost $10000 to adam marshall,adam scott and raju patel.I reported to FTC,local police so far no action yet.He is calling everyday since 4/12.Is there a way we can catch this guy.

Why did you give somuch to these scammers, Sorry for your loss. Try to reverse the transaction thru walgreen or whatever channel you paid it. His other numbers are 732-399-9401 and 412-203-0114. I m after him since last one and half month. Calling him multiple times, asking others tocall and harass him. Protect your number by dialing *671 followed by his number, your number appears as private or blocked , ask your Facebook phone to harass him. Keep his line busy on all numbers. He haany other numbers as well. Some one also posted to use fax machine to blank fax him by setting machine tocall 60 times one after another. Police also told us to blow wheesal as soon as he says hello. Very difficult to catch him. M....ch..d is in India
