Harrasing calls on cell

I called the PAC WEST number and got Maxim Health care 1-877-629-4325 must be switched.   I filed a complaint about these calls with PacWest and the e-mail sent back said I have to supply the number I am at that they are calling.  I thought this might be another scam and would not give my number.

I would like for these phone calls to STOP!!!! THese phone calls are UNWANTED and NOT NEEDED!!!!

I received a call from 414-208-1038 today and two from 702-554-1404 yesterday (exactly 45 minutes apart. I have a friend that lives in Las Vegas and I just thought it was him, I was in the middle of working and could not answer... They left no message and never called back... I am glad I checked the status of this number before I answer though.

John Garcia called about my visa card from 414-208-1038. He had the last 4 digits of my bank card number. I was reading about peoples calls when they called me, so I started asking questions about it. He never said the name of the company, so I said "You said the name of your company is KBL?" he said that it is "KBS" I told him that I didn't want them to call anymore. He hung up... Oh yeah, did I mention (he didn't sound like any Garcia I have ever met (and I have lived for a few years in Central America). Most definitely Indian!

I had been getting the 702 call and now just got it from this number! All static, couldn't understand a thing!

My wife just received the same call, only claiming to be from MasterCard.  It is very funny since we do not even have a MasterCard.  Since reporting the abuse to PacWest does not seem to be working to stop this scam group, here is a link to other numbers that will reach PacWest after hours.  Hopefully if enough of us call to these VPs, maybe they will finally take action.

I'm getting at least a call a day from these numbers: 414-208-1038,901-562-1601,702-554-1404. I don't answer, but they all show up as KBL on caller i.d. and they don't leave any message.

This company (KBL 702-553-0509) called today at 10:11am 5/25/2007 concerning Visa rewards with a Visa card last 4 digits xxxx. I told them my phone number is a telemarketer "do-not-call" on both the federal and state list. Then they hung up. Called Charles at the Tennessee Regulatory Authority @ 1-800-342-8359. He advised that they have no complaints on file about this company at this time. This is the 2nd call from this company this week. If you call KBL the recorded message says leave a message followed by a tone.

This company has been calling my sister's house, everyday for the past week, sometimes 2 to 3 times per day, did not answer the phone, and they did not leave a message. I finally aswered the call, and the guy ask for me!!!! I dont live with my sister.....duh!!
And get this, the guy did NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH....go figure!!!!! Could not understand anything he said, what an IDIOT!!!!!  I ask him to NEVER call this number again. We will see what happens. If he calls back, I will find a way to report this.

I called PAC West at 877-626-4325 and pressed 0 for the operator immedialtely upon hearing the message. I told her exactly what was going on and gave her the phone number of the people calling. 414-208-1038 KBL. She took a report and verified that this was a customer of theirs and said that she would demand that they no longer call my number. She also suggested that I make a police report and report this abuse. I highly recommend that you all do the same. DO NOT ALLOW THESE CRIMINALS TO GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!!
