I just received a call from this number talking about lawsuit. i do not know this number or ever been to WI.

this number called me 6 times on my cell phone then called me at my job said they have my ss # and said i owed some loan company 1600.00 i never heard of this loan company and was telling them that then they said that a warrent for my areest would be issued today i told them to stop calling me and a few other choice words.

Call about 10xs yesterday.Call5xs within an hour .when u call back the line is busy. Man name is Robert Parker he left message said I need my attorney too call I have a pendin lawsuit I will be arrested. I have no idea who this nut is but he need too stop callin.He never mention name of his company

Did you resolve this or were you evere served a warrant.

This number called my boyfriend threatening that he has a lawsuit against him claiming he was calling from a law firm. Wouldn't give his name or the name of the firm. He asked directly for his social security #. THIS IS A SCAM!

Said they had an arrest warrant and are going to have me arrested. Not worried since no one spoke anything but broken english. One even claimed to be a police officer. Don't think so!!!

These same people called my cell # and then my job.  They threaten me about having an officer would be coming to my job to arrest me.  then I ask how much are we talking about and the said, $458. and then I ask what would I need to do and their reply was that they would talk to their lawyer, but if I wanted to put a hold on the arrest, I needed to send $250 today.  I told them I had no money and then they say I needed to borrow the money.  I told that was not going to happen.  Their reply was prepare to be arrested and hung up.

I got an call from that number to today I couldn't understand what he was saying something about an lawyer and if I had one then I Hugh up then call two more time and that was it. So my question is this an scam ?

This person call my phone threated me with the police. Need to stop calling people.

I asked hime his name and the name of the company. He kept saying Linda Linda dont interupt me. Let me talk. I told him he was rude and he told me he has been rude since childhood and asked me if I had a problem with that. lol

He told me he was sending papers to my house and not to call him again.

no i did not get served. it was just the thought of these a**holes saying that that creeped me out.

Got a call around 4:16 today ignored it as I didn't know The # listened to the message saying something about getting my attorney and I had to call back right away or get what's coming to me. Tried calling back lines always busy.scam??

Got a phone call from this number.  The person on the other end told me that there was a pending lawsuit against me.  I asked him for what and he told me that he could not tell me.  I then asked him to tell me what attorney's office he was calling from and he then again told me that he could not tell me.  I told him that there is no way in hell that I would give him any personal information to someone that could not tell me where he was calling from and what I was supposedly being sued for.  He then hung up on me.  I tried calling back and it was busy.  I am quite sure they are trying to call their next potential victim!  THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!!!

This number called me several times left no messages and today called twice and left a message saying that if I or my attorney doesn't call them back then they feel sorry for my tomorrow because I will be arrested for some money they say I owe them.

They told me an insurance claim was against me and If I didn't call back they wished me good luck in the law suit lol

I just ignore these jerks, I know it's a scam.

They called my job and left a message. It was a man speaking broken English named Robert Parker. He said I better call my attorney. The funny part was that he said that if I didn't call back all he could do is wish me good luck. LOL this definitely a payday loan debt collector scam.
