Val - 26 Aug 2008Phone # 414-431-4450 This company is a piece of work!!! They called my unlisted cell phone number and asked for my mother. I asked them who was calling and they wouldn't identify themselves. I told them that this is her adult daughter, we do not live together, and asked why they would be calling me. They said that "by law" they could not say. BS! I asked how he got my number, and he couldn't say. He couldn't tell me anything except that his name was Justin and to call my mom at work and give her the message. I did and she called them. It turns out she owes a very small amount on a medical bill. I called the company back, the woman that answered just said "hello" like it was her home phone, I asked for Justin and she said there was no Justin there. I firmly explained that I just spoke to Justin five minutes ago and I need to speak with him again! She wouldn't allow me to do so, I explained that they had no right to call my unlisted cell phone number, even if my mom may have listed me as an emergency contact, that information was not legally obtained. She could say nothing about it. I demanded to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager, why would the manager be answering the main line? I told her I need to know the name of the company and she said OAC, I asked what OAC stood, like an acronym, and she said "nothing!" I informed her that the information she obtained was not legal and that they must delete my number and I will be filing a formal compliant!

Ben - 21 Jan 2008Man asked to speak with my father. I asked who was calling, and he said Vincente. I asked who he was with, and he said he was calling about a personal matter. I asked if my father had requested information from his company, and he said he would just leave his name and number. Refused to give any information about anything.

twins'mom - 30 Jan 2008I get this call a lot, I figured it was a collection agency for I had twins a while back and probably do owe money to somebody. What upsets me is this last call I got came in at 9:45pm. The last I knew, in the state of Wisconsin one cannot make such calls after 9:00 pm. No message was left and never is.

julie - 15 May 2008I got a call from OAC. 414-431-4450. They have called several time,threathen to sue me for 600.00 for an orthadotist bill from 5 years ago, where my son got braces. I was thought it was paid off... I was unaware that we still owed anything. I assumed when our insurance changed and we could no longer go there they would send out a bill if I owed anything. I haven't moved, so that is not an issue. No one has ever contacted me before this. But they still say they are going to sue. I told them to sue me as the last bill was for 48.00, which I paid and have the check for. Why would they not call or send a note before this.
