Got a call saying I was in violation of some code and section 3-104 and my car was going to be repossessed.

Debt collector trying to use scare tactics. Keep track of when they call and save any threatening or harassing messages.  They break several federal laws proctecting consumers in their attempts to collect on old zombie debts (yes that is a real term)

How can they repo something that wasn't used as a security in the first place.  Saying they are going to repo my motorcycle when I bought it out right and have never used it to secure anything.  Plus I don't see anything with my county filed for complaints on me.
