Received call at 11:39am 9/5/07 & did not pick up because I did not recognize the number. The caller did not leave a voicemail messsage. I called the number & David answered by just saying "Hi, this is David." I told him someone from that number had tried to call me. He said that he was with McCloud Phone & Internet & wanted to set up an appointment with me to assess our phone & Internet needs. I told him I was not interested & he said,"Okay. I'll throw your card away."

David made three attempts to call me again today w/in 1 minute's time. I called him when I got off the phone w/ another caller & told him that I spoke w/ him last week & directed him to remove my contact information & not to call me again. He said that he had "two cards for me." He then asked, "Is it that you don't want anything to do w/ McLeod?" (McLeod is a large regional local, long distance & Internet provider to residential &
business customers.)I told him, "No" & then he pressed me for more details about my phone systems & contracts. I told him that our contracts are up in 12/10. He said he would call back in 2009 & I told him not to call again.

This sales guy won't take a hint! He's called my department multiple times now and We've told him we weren't interested and he continues to call back every other week. I dont know what his malfunction is but lying to me about who his point of contact is and imagined conversations is not going to get him in the door. If he calls back again I'll have to take it up with BBB.
