These people keep calling my landlord and leaving threatening messages to give to me.

This is a scam and a froud I called american cash the place they told me I owed money to and they said they get. Calls daily about this and they are not assosiated with them I turned them in to a froud agency.

i received a call from these people but from 8479328854 but they suppose to be a law firm stating i will be arrested if i dont pay $265 is this legit or not

i get these phone calls from a anderson thompson firm from an alex white saying i will be arrested also. whats up with that. i cant find that firm anywhere.

Called me and said I owed $629 and that if I didnt pay they would have me arrested and a warrant for my arrest was already submitted. I dont have a payday loan with USA Cash Loans so how can I owe them that money? Help I am freaking out, can they do this?

I recv'd call from from Anderson Thompson Law firm telling me that a Michelle Raine is sueing me for supposedly hitting her. I haven't had an accident in about 12 years. What I asked for the case number the guy hung up on me telling me the police were going to go to my house to pick me up and arrest me for an accident I never was involved in.

I just received the same phone call at my place of employment. I told them to bring it on about arresting me and they could go F themselves LOL. I have one payday loan and I am current with them I already spoke with them. So I'm unsure but from seeing that it's a SCAM. I'm not concerned.

This guy called me as well and told me I had a payday loan and was going to have the police come to my work my job and even to my sons school to have me arrested. When I started to ask questions he got VERY rude. He calls at least 4 times a day. If he was a law firm like he says he wouldn't be using the language that he did or start bring my family into it. How can stop this [***] from making those types of calls?

Told me I better pay up or I was going to jail. I already talked to the payday loan people and they said to call the police on them. Used the name Chris Walker with foreign accent.

I get these calls all the time. Saying they have a warrant for my arrest. I called my attorney. It's a scam trying to get ya credit card information. I called transunion and put a fraud alert on my social security number.  They are getting everyone's information off the computer some kind of way. No of this is ligit.

I waited for them to come get me....nothing....I spoke with an attorney.....hr gave info on what to do to turn the tables on them. Filed a police report on them a- holes...

I got one saying I owed money as well. I want this to stop! He would not give me information and hung up on me when I asked for dates, amounts, etcetera. First he said I was going to court, then said I was getting arrested tomorrow. I filed a policy report and when I told them this, they hung up and said I was threatening.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I just received a call from these guys stating they were from some kind of law firm association. They said I had a lawsuit against me and a warrant of my arrest was being issued. I started to laugh ,Ha'Ha'Ha'. He said , "this is not funny its a serious issue!"  From there I knew it was a scam! I told that lil [***] , "Sabes que hijo de tu pinche puta,perra,habib madre! No tengo miedo nada . You think im scared of going to jail.Homie! I did 10 yrs. In prison!" After I told him what crime I've done. He couldn't talk right he was mumbling something in foreign language and hang up...Wow to think what people do in order to get money .....

these people are calling saying my husband is going to be arrested in 24 hours that he needs to get a lawyer and pay his fines... they keep calling and calling nothin has happened who are these people
