    I looked these guys up. They said they were from Safety Services. Possibly a spoofed number because nothing legitimate comes up on Google that even indicates this company.
    Sounds like a boiler room.

    When I Google'd Safety Services there's nothing good to say about them. I also searched them on 1800notes and they have lots of different 866 area code numbers also.

    Very strange call. Very loud background noise. Guy wanted to know if we did any business in the oil industry. Could hardly understand him. Asked 2 questions, I said no to both then he said thanks and hung up.
