- Caller: Unknown
- Nick replies to Marki also got many missed calls from this number.
- Barbara BurgessUnwanted calls from this number; they don't identify purpose of call, nor leave messages.
Anyone know who this caller is? Even when I call back there is no company or person identifier on the line- line just rings, no answer. I plan to block this number. - DukeOverseas telemarketer mentioned IBM and (I think) IDT. Something to do with data compression? Broad wanted me to confirm my email address so she could email me some kind of report.
I refused to confirm my email address. I jerked her around a bit then she said "I'm going to disconnect the call."
How unfortunate.- Caller: IBM
- Call type: Telemarketer
- DukeGot another call trying to confirm company name and email address on behalf of...it sounded like Intel and HP. I once again wasted their time and eventually hung up on them.

- AnnoyedThis number calls me at least once a day and never leaves a message. Today I answered and there was no one there. I immediately got a call back and the person sounded like a recording...like a computer program that spoke what was typed (lots of words mispronounced).
I told the caller that I wasn't who they were looking for (company to garbled to tell what it was for) and they said they wanted to confirm my email address to send me a white.pay.a.per.- Call type: Telemarketer
- KKThese are marketing calls from legit technology companies, regarding IT stuff. Just tell them that they incorrectly have your phone number and it will be removed.

- DukeWhat a bunch of pushy ice-holes.
Got this call last month and several times before that. Same nonsense. Want to confirm email address to send out some sort of whitepaper from IBM.
Told them in the past that I wasn't interested but they keep calling. This time I swore at the guy in language that made it very clear that I didn't want to hear from them again.
Come March, they'll call again.- Caller: IBM

- SpencerI received a call (unanswered) on my cellphone from this number. They left no voicemail. This number will be blocked.
- OperatorB| 1 replyOverseas caller asking for employee who worked here 7 years ago. Often that means "free trade publication" subscriptions. Caller was very polite when informed the person no longer works here.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- OperatorB replies to OperatorBBTW: "200" exchanges rarely exist, which is an indicator that the number displayed on caller id is likely spoofed.
- DukeSame bullsh*t call that I've been trying to stop from these clowns for over a year. The magic question from the caller is "How are you today?" which is my signal to hang up. I don't suppose they want to hear about my itchy *ss.
- Caller: IDG Connect
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Jamie JenningsReceive calls several times a day, asking for someone who is not here, then i say wrong number they ask if they are calling "walmart" I say no, I wish to not have calls come again. Just today I finally got fed up of repeating myself and asked for a supervisor (for the 20th time) and they said they PROMISE that they will not call again, after i told them one more time of calling i will report them for harrassment. so what happens i get a phone call at 8:05a ( while i was in a business parking lot) no sooner of me getting off the phone with them- by then it was 8:10a I walk into the business sit down and at 8:15a I received another phone call from them AGAIN..

- SanFranCaller ID says San Francisco. Did not leave message.
Prob. a trade magazine want to confirm email etc... I never answer. If they do not leave a msg it is not important enough. They will send an email if they have yours, to renew your subscription, they don't want to loose you because they make money of it!
They just do their job.- Caller: San Francisco

- DJ the OperatorThis caller has claimed to be Tech Network, this time around. They have also been IBM, IDG Connect, Ivy League Connect, Business 2 Business Tech Hub, Dell, HP and a lot of other legit sounding companies.....Phishing for info on our IT people. They have a long list of names of my company employees, some here and some not. As soon as I ask who they are and what the purpose of their call is, they get flustered and spew all kinds of nonsense! I just end up hanging up on them. I get about 30 calls a day from these idiots. They are up to no good, so I shut them down! No one gets past me unless they are legit! When you work for a global corporation, there are a lot of names on those lists! Its exhausting! :)
