I called this number back they wanted my name and asked if I knew there was federal actions against me for back owed taxes. I informed them I was disabiled and did not file taxes they hung up on me.

- DGGot a call from this scam on my cellphone and about an hour later on the land line. Clearly it is a computer voice and by the wording you can tell it was setup be someone who doesn't speak good English. A person would have to be pretty dumb to fall for this scam.

I called them back and the message stated that my account had already been activated and to contact my system administrator. - AnneYes, I got this message--three times in the course of a couple of hours. I'm ignoring it.

- RolandAutomated message instructing me not to disregard message because it was from the IRS. The second time they called, I answered, and the party hung up. I called back and got a Magic Jack recorded message stating that the number I called was not yet registered with Magic Jack. This is definitely a hoax. I'll report this to Magic Jack. Both calls were received 11/21/2004.
