indian man calls me and say he is from some payday loan company I told him he has the wrong number and he instantly tells me to shut up and told me I'm wasting his time

this number 415 251 0026 is from a company called Lending Company, which is a scam, hang up when they call you scam, scam, and scam

ITS A SCAM!!!! INDIANS TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! BE AWARE!

Total scam!   They even sent me a very offical looking email from Lending Club.  Saying I was approved for a loan I didn't apply for.

You can attach the email to a complaint filed with the Cyber Crimes Division of the FBI and also to the FTC..

YES NOW THEY SENDING EMAILS CLAIMING THAT ITS FROM US MARSHALL'S OFFICE AND THAT IF I DID NOT PAY BY 5PM ON THURSDAY THEY WOULD COME AND ARREST ME. I SPOKE WITH LAWYER AND THE RIGHT PUBLIC AUTHORIES DO NOT CALL EMAIL OR TEXT AND SAYING THEY COMING TO ARREST YOU... LAWYER SAYS  THIS IS ALL A BIG SCAM AS HE HAS SPOKEN WITH THE US MARSHALL'S OFFICE.

I recieved this same email saying iowe Cash Advance 445.00 and that I need to pay up immediately. Then at the end it says Thank You Barbara Collins Attorney General and gave me this number 415 251 0026. The email said I need to check with sheriff office this would be my last and final account to settle this outside the court house. They really need something better to do so I reportedthemand I call the Cash Advance to let them know their name is being used for scams

i got an email saying I owe ACS money. Before I changed my number they were forever calling me. I t hink the loan company is callled america cash advance.  they would never send me proof i took out the loan. they did use foyl language when i told them that company was trying to give me a loan.glad there is ways if checking these scam artists out. they have been threatning me for a year. good luck because i pay nothing unless proof

Same thing above, recd email from US Marshall Service with Bill No. but not showing any of my name, its just debtor name with lenders name Pay Day One America amount owe $445 to settle outside the court house, this final payment to close all case files. email came from Robert Alfonso (American Legal Service) 415-251-0026

Impersonating a US Marshall is a Federal Offense.  See if you can find a local number for the US Marshall Office and call tomorrow to see if they want the email to try and catch these criminals.

Same, got e-mail threaten garnish wages etc.  Lots of grammar errors.  What a scam, called Cash Advance & they have had lots of reports.  Saved it, where can I forward it for best results?

Received the same email with phone number and same case number and docket number I think they are pretty stupid because no case can have the same case and docket numbers.

just got the same email -
1st - no legit company would use a gmail email address
2nd - in order to have a case number it would already be filed with the court - a simple search can tell you if this is the case - lawyers don't come up with a case number the court does
3rd - Docket Number  - funny that the same docket number is used for multiple people

Got the same email today said they were going to contact my boss, garnish my wages, etc. I was scared, but my name wasnt anywhere and it was adressed to me. At least now I know it is a scam. Thank you for this page.

MINE WAS FROM "MIKE JOHNSON", WITH DOCKET #85MPCW FOR $640.00. BUT IT'S NOT ADDRESSED TO ME. AND IT ENDED WITH "BRYAN WILSON", PHONE 415-251-0026. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS NOW. COMPLAINTS CAN BE FILED, BUT NOTHING CAN BE DONE, BECAUSE THESE SCAMMERS AREN'T IN OUR COUNTRY. AND EVERY TIME I WASTE MY TIME ANSWERING, THEY TELL ME THEY ARE COMING TO ARREST ME. I ALWAYS ANSWER "YOU AND WHAT ARMY?" AND "I'LL BE WAITING WITH THE FBI, CIA, US MARSHALS, STATE POLICE, SHERIFF'S OFFICE, CITY POLICE, FTC, AND MY 6 BROTHERS". LOL
