We got an e-mail request from Mark Lord of M & L Co. asking for a quote on some material. He wanted to find out the price before he gave us quantities. He gave a bogus address in San Francisco. It has scam written all over it.

We got the same email, but from Jason Blake. Be careful.

412-251-7829 called to request neoprene, used the name Mark Lord company M & L Co located in San Francisco.

Got the same email from both Mark Lord @ M  & L Co, and email from Jason Blake.
SCAM!!!

Gave all sorts of bogus information which did not relate to our products specifications.
The address is 180 13th Stockton Street. These idiots cannot even present an address correctly. Complete scam, be cautious.

Received a similar email from Jason Blake @ J & B Shop 415-251-7829  asking for for pricing and will then advise quantities.  This is a scam.  Do not respond.

Received an email from George Henry asking what forms if payment we take for a large quantity of our product

The real question is what is the purpose of these emails??  Any smart business person would not reveal all their sensitive info to a gmail address with no real relationship to an actual business.    If you don't have a business address, legitimate phone #, and a website See Ya!!  

Received an email and a call from this and another number from George Henry trying to order high volume of components with a credit card, other number is 510-371-8429. he wanted us to get a freight cost from a bogus freight company and he would pay after we manufacture over 24k components for them. be aware, this is a scam

Emailed requesting price for large qty of an item we sell.  After price was quoted, emailed back that it will ship to Haiti.  Advised him to make his own arrangements.  Emailed back that is traveling and we need to contact his freight company for estimate.  Total price of product $7,800+.  Total cost of freight to Haiti $5,100+.  Advised idiot he will have to pay freight company.  Emailed back that we will have to wire transfer as freight company does not accept payment from individuals but only from companies and we can wire transfer after we process his cc.  Idiot thinks we are as stupid as he is !!!!!!!!!!!!  From other forums, freight company in Haiti is bogus.  Beware of this phone # and beware of freight company in Haiti.

There is no 1187 Stockton Street in San Francisco, but it would have to be between "Duk Hing Chinese Deli & Meat, Inc." and "Kwong Cheong Tai" in the heart of Chinatown.

What is scary is this person went to our website, fabricated some kind of pseudo product based on our pictures and other information, and sent a request through our web form.

They are out there, so beware!!
