A michelle smith called me and said she was from first financial bank located at 9121 chestnut st san francisco ca and I was approved for a loan anywhere from $1k to $5k.  The catch is I would have to send them $400 for a deposit.   What a bunch of scammers. Beware and don't send any money.  I'm sure if I google the address is some vacant building.

A person stated that He worked for First Financial of San Francisco and for me to send $100 because I had been approved for a loan in the amount of 1000.  I scammed for this money...Please do not under any circumstance comply with Michael or any other name he states.  This person has an accent of a person from the country of India...Shame on all these people.

I too fell 4 this scam....I also googled this address and it's not a true business address to say the least. This fake company has no partnership with First Financial in any manner. I even had my lawyer call them. My next step is legal action hopefully. This number should be traceable.

rec'd a call from Sean Marsh (indian dialect) from "1st financial" informing me my application has been approved.  I had been searching for loans, so when I asked for a refresh of the details as I did not recall that particular bank, he passed me to "michael carter" (non american dialect) and informed me I was approved and based on what I
wanted to borrow, he'd quote me a rate and term.  catch was I had to pay upfront $150
bucks , but wouid get it back in the loan proceeds.  He then rattled off some FDIC legal
BS about requirements for this to be legit.   way too ez in my mind, so I started searching
the phone # and landed here.  BEWARE folks.

I received a call from this number and he said that his name was Ben Williams, and that I was approved for a loan for $1000. Since I had been searching for a loan this was great news and without doing any research on the company I did what he told me to which was sent him $200 for what he was calling a processing fee to send me my money. At this point he told me it would take him about 2 hours and he would get back in touch with me. I had to call him back and he said that I would have to pay an additional $366 for some mess about an FDIC Insurance. I thought to myself that a total of $566 for a 1000 loan, I was still going to come out good because he said he would reimburse the 200 that I had previously sent. Luckily I got a little weary when he was not answering my calls and I did some research and found out this was a scam. I contacted the police and filled a report. I also contacted the company that he was using to receive the money which was NetSpend and they put a hold on his account and froze all of his funds so he is not able to even use his money right now. You will be pleased to know that he is currently under investigation through the San Fransisco, California Police department because of my report. He will be in Jail before the end of the week. He will not be scamming people anymore.

Quick facts folks. Anytime you are asked to pay an advance fee for a loan, gift, prize, lottery, etc. It is a fake. 100% every time. If the method of YOUR fee is Western Union, GreenDot, MoneyGram, or any form of wire transfer. It is a scam. NO real business uses these forms of payment. None. They are the choice of criminals because they are CASH, untraceable cash. An advance fee for a loan in the US is illegal. A Payday loan is also illegal in many States. So if you go for one on the internet, and they are NOT in the US, and things go wrong - Well, you get the picture.

Ben Williams called my phone this morning and said that I was approved for a loan 1000$-5000$, he asked how did I want the loan disbursed.. He asked a western union or bank eft.. I told his [***] ass western union because he was not about to get my acct number.. He then said that I will need to send 350$ and it will be refunded back to me.. I'm thinking you full of [***].. I knew he was when I first called back and he was like are u still looking for a loan or not, otherwise we will cancel your application also, he was like the interest on a 3000$ loan would be 300$ and I was like that's it.. So I knew his Indian, organic ass was a scanner.. I told him to just take the fee off of the loan and wire me the balance.. He said no that's not possible, I said why not.. He said because people scam on the internet and we have to be sure its you because otherwise we can't get our money back.. He asked was I able to pay 274/mon.. I told him well ita not going to happen in not sending you any money because that's not how it works. He became aggravated and hung up. His jacked up accent speaking ass.. I'm from the south, I recognize game on his weak ass.. FYI... Don't fool with that company, they didn't even ask for paperwork such as ID, employment verification or anything... They really need to be stop. I told him that I was gone send the police he said he didn't care.. I don't think they're even using real names.. #bumbitches

This person with an Indian accent repeatedly calls my home number looking for someone who doesn't reside at my address. He called ten times in one day. I'm disabled, and it's hard for me to get to the phone, and when I do, it's him! He keeps wanting this certain person to call back because he's approved for a loan...obvious scam. I just moved two months ago, and got this new number, only to have this guy call everyday 7-10 times a day for a person who doesn't even live here. He needs to be stopped before legal action is taken. I see that some of you are getting even more phone calls than me, and I thought 10 was alot.

Have been receiving calls daily between 20-35 & I finally answered. They said I owed $ and the police would be at my door. I threatened him back & told him I would file a report with the police department & the FBI since he has the Indian accent. He hung up , I called back and cursed him out more and haven't received any calls in a week
