dont text or call this number again.

I received a call like this as well, but my tired eyes saw the last 4 of the number as 8344..  This number did not check out as valid...  I posted me warning on the 415-329-8344 number....

I received a text message stating "BOF-A-VSA IMPORTANT SECURITY ISSUES!!  Sent from BOA. Call_US_AT: 415.329.0344.  DO NOT DISREGARD".  I do no business with BofA.  The manner in which they state BOF-A is fishy.  Bank of America calls them selves BofA not BOA.  All indicators are that this is a phishing text message.  If I call, my cell bill will probably increase by 1000.00 plus.  I will be contacting BofA.  Just wanted to put a message up about a TEXT message, not a phone call.

text from PressxHuovt@dullroar.com with same alert. Reported to my bank and blocked message through my cell phone carrier.

I received the same text few mins ago.  I've never had an account with BofA ...

Jusr received a text from them. B of A account closed a long time ago.

10/13/13  Just received a text message from this number too.

Called Bof A and they do not sent text messages to alert customers.  They send letters or emails.

Got a text message on my phone when I looked it up online this popped up  so I am reporting the phone number & text message.

I just received the exact same text message today at 1:14pm. I will not call it either - very stupid how they put BOF-A. I hope no one out there will fall for it.

I received this text "BOF-A-VSA IMPORTANT SECURITY ISSUES!!  Sent from BOA. Call_US_AT: 415.329.0344.  DO NOT DISREGARD" on 10/12/2013....I do bank with B of A and I knew B of A would not use a 415 area code instead of a toll free number to conduct business in SoCal. I called the number and there was a pretty authentic recording of a women saying "welcome to Bank Of America fraud service....blah blah blah. Enter your 16 digit debt card number...etc. I called B of A and reported this in detail.
