No message left and doesn't accept calls from blocked numbers. Obviously, a fraud or a scam artist.

It is a sports gambling person offering free picks

I called the number back.  It is a guy trying to get you to bet on sporting events with him

He's an insulting little prick (telemarketer) trying to sell losing sports picks to the unsuspecting public.  He's sitting in a cubicle in Corte Madera, Cal. and thinks that he can say anything and get away with it.  His office is on Spartanburg St.  I'M GOING TO CALL HIS PHONE CARRIER AND REPORT HIM.  If anyone is in the area, please go in there and snatch his ass up and beat him blind.  You would be doing a public service.
