Just got a call from this number, but no message

I got a call from them last night at 11:33pm. and they left no message.

They left a message and called but I didnt answer and they left a voicemail. They called at 5:41 pm last night.

they called my Skype-in number which is strictly internet-based AND IS ON THE FEDERAL DO-NOT-CALL LIST.
THERE IS A LEGISLATION NOW THAT LETS THEM CALL EVEN CELL PHONES, SO YOU WOULD PAY FOR THEIR CALL!!!
sooo – “DO-NOT CALL” registry (run by FCC?) DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING AND WORKS NOT for your protection.  What a shame, America.
the secret is out - FEDS AND STATES RECEIVE TAXES FROM ALL BUSINESSES OUT THERE, INCLUDING PORN INDUSTRY.  When money are involved, who cares about little you?  That is why all those sharks are free to harass all of us people.  What a shame, America.  Lawless jungle, unprotected people...

Just called me at 1:00 est.  I didn't answer.  They have been calling for several weeks now.

Just got a call this morning.  No Message and Didnt answer

I have received WAY too may calls from this number. Today, I called it back. The call is from WCA OFFER CLEARING HOUSE. I followed the instructions to have my number removed from their database. My one minute call back to them has been well worth the time and effort. No more calls from them!

They give an opt out option.  For this particular call it was 3.  For other just hit 0 and it is usually an opt out.  They will temporarily stop calling, but will start again in a few months.  It at least gives temporary relief from them.

I also have received this call, will try to block it.
