i think its a prank

Called twice a minute apart.  No one on the line.  Caller ID says from California.

Didn't answer since I didn't know the number.

I answered and no one was on the line

Got a call, didn't answer, no message left

Same thing..it rang a few times, I picked it up said hello and nobody was there. Wont be answering next time.

Left no message...don't answer id I don't know the number

Got a call from 415-363-9598 that said my credit card company has authorized them to call about lowering my credit card rates...  it was a recording talking so I just hung up and checked here...  I know my credit card company very well and they do not operate that was period.

They did not identify their name as a person or company.  I presume it was posing as Telemarketer,  I believe it was Spam

Got a call did not answer my phone said San Francisco but when I googled half way through the number 415363 it said Fort Collins which is Colorado WTH don't answer it.

SCAM to "lower interest on your credit card" -- "Amber" eventually hung up on me--probably because I was asking questions. She claimed name of company was "Debt Release."  When I *69 number and called back, was a recording for bogus medical surveys that repeats over and over.

They just called me but when I picked up no one answered and they hung up.

Called...I answered, but nobody was there.

"Your credit card company has authorized us to contact you" -- BS!  Credit card companies don't call your house unless you didn't pay your bill or you contacted them first.  They are not in the business to save their customers  money--duh!  Folks this is just another one of those Rachel from Card Services type scams.  It's an illegal robo-dial call with no company identification, so they have no idea who they are calling or even if the the person they reach has a credit card!  We all just need to repeatedly report these people to the FTC here: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

If you call back and listen to the recording you can press 9 and be removed from the call list

Just got a call from this number too.  No message left

I thought it was funny since I don't have a credit card... So that's awkward for the
. They asked me if my parents were home I said that I'm a college student and that this was my phone.
