The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Caller ID said Horizon Marketing, no way was I going to pick it up.

CCaller ID says "unavailable."  No message was left.

A recording about hosting an exchange student from overseas..   My luck, they would send me an extreme radical from Chechnya....

Nerve to call about 7 pm on a Sunday nite much less to call at all! Did not pick up and do not plan to !

Called Sunday at 7:43pm. CID said 'EXCHANGE STUDENT." If I want to host, I'm not going through them.

Hackers called and tried to fool me.

SCAM ALERT Caller said she was an exchange student. My husband told her what he thought of that.

Got a call this morning around 10. did not answer. Id said Horizon Marketi. Lame Brains Don't Know I don't Answer calls like that. Thanks for the number. Your now in my blocked list dummies.

Don't know who this is bit I want it to stop. I answered and no one answered back. I hate calls like this.

It is a scam people. Just desperate criminals looking to steal your hard earned money and identities to open up credit card accounts.

1) If it is a dept collector, THEY MUST leave a message with a call back number and they must provide ADEQUATE caller id. Not Exchange Student. Ghost calls - or calls that just hang up or no message- are illegal.Visit FDCPA website for more information.

2) TELEMARKETING CALLS are Illegal. PERIOD. If you didnt ask for it, you shouldnt expect it. Forging/faking/spoofing caller ID is completely illegal. All telemarketers must provide an appropriate opt out option. If you are on the DO NOT CALL LIST, then the caller is a criminal becuase you are not to be receiving any telemarketing calls. Dont bother pressing any buttons to opt out becuase they are criminals. Criminals do not care about you nor the law.

Telemarketing scam calls are on the rise. Be careful. Never do business over the phone on impulse. Check out the information INDEPENDENTLY online. Dont go to a website they tell you to go to google and search around.

AND NEVER ever give out personal information over the phone. NEVER EVER EVER EVER give out personal information over the phone. Please visit the FTC, FCC, and FBI's website for more information. You can also contact your State Office of Consumer Affairs under the/ or the Attorney General's Office to file a complaint. Please file complaints to the FCC.

A call from this number came in twice yesterday.  The first time I let the call  go unanswered.  The CID said Exchanges Student. The second time I mistakenly answered (what was I thinking!) and it was a girl with an Indian accent stating she was an exchange student from overseas.  Believe it was a pre-recorded message but I disconnected without listening to the entire message.  

Just another scammer.  I make a practive of never doing business over the phone with anyone I do not know. Usually I let my CID do the job entirely.  The Telemarketers and Scammers never leave a message so it is easy to decipher a valid call that needs to be returned.

Called twice after I hung up when I saw Horizon Marketing on caller ID. The calls were made at 1:03 PM on a Sunday!!

they called me today.....i wasn't looking at the caller id....they hung up when it went to voicemail.....*69'd to see who the number belonged to ...... i don't answer calls i don't recognize and if they don't want to leave a message..... ppppbbbbbbbbbbbbfffffffttttttttt

ID sates: EXchange Sudent. Did not answer it and a recording starts...disconnected the call.
