I'm on the do-not-call registry but received this call from a guy selling "securities," and asking to speak with the homeowner.  I told him we're on the DNC registry and asked him to remove us from his list.

Yes, twice on my cell phone. At first there is no one on the line, then when I say hello for the second time, a recorded voice says good bye and hangs up. I am wondering if they are up to something...

I have received 4 calls now from the phone number 4155207631. I am on the DNC list but still get these calls.

Cell phone rang and when I answered, no one was on the line.

Got a call from this number and they were a software company telling me that my computer has viruses in the Microsoft program. I questioned him where he got my computers number and if worked for Microsoft or was a contractor. I heard a "call center" like noise from the back round. I asked him more information and he got more and more annoyed with me. I kept on telling him that my computer does not have a virus and there are no pop ups. I told him that my computer is an apple and that my computer does not have viruses because I have extensive virus gear. I keep on asking him questions and he hung up on me. He was really annoyed that I was calling him out. I tried to call back and it was a non working number. Don't answer this call!

This number has been calling about once it twice a day. They just called my house at 1 A.M. and hung up. I believe they have been claiming to be from Windows tech support. We don't own a Microsoft computer.

I had the exact same type of situation! A guy lying to me about a virus on my computer.

I got a call from this number and since I have gotten calls from this type of place before, I had a little fun.  I asked him what he was wearing and flipped the script on him.  He hung up after about a minute of me talking to him like a 900 number would.

These guys are scammers, trying to get your credit card number, so they can use it to rip you off.  They aren't selling anything.  They just make up new stories to try and convince you to give them personal info.  The calls are dialed by a computer that could care less that you are on the "do not call" list.  The number you see on your caller ID is not real.... it is "spoofed".  The real number they are calling from is hidden by intricate switching networks.  Calling them back and pressing "1" to be taken off their call list does nothing, except confirm the they have a live person on the other end, that they can keep calling when they invent another scam story to get your credit card number.  IGNORE THEM!

Got call @ 7:40PM.  Could not understand the person on the other end.  I ask for an english speaking American.  He said he would call back tomorrow, but I said don't you ever call me back.

Same as everyone else on here, several calls from this number, I only answered once and nobody was there. My caller ID said they called at 10:30 pm a few nights ago while we were camping.

I can't remember the number of times they have called. Will never answer so they might as well quit. On DNC and they can't take hint. Have called all different times day and night.

We been receiving calls from this number for the past few days.  We don't answer and they hang up when answering machine comes on.  It is very, very annoying

This number won't leave me alone! So far I haven't answered it, but it's getting really annoying now!

Called a couple times.  Last one it was U.S. Auto Insurance and they wanted to offer me new low rates from my existing auto insurer.  Could not provide the name of my provider so I hung up. The whole bit just screamed scam.
