Call my cell to lower my credit card interest rate.

Just got the same thing.  Ignoring it as the only credit card I have is an employee card, and I wouldn't be contacted that way.

Same thing here. They called my cell phone, which is on the national do not call list.  Automated message: "Cardmember services... no problem with your card, but we'd like to offer you a lower interest rate..." Pressing 1 got me a human, who I asked to put me on their "do not solicit list."  Got an identical call from 803-692-1875 on 8/17/2011 at 1:30pm EDT.

Automated message to my cell phone offering a lower credit card interest rate -- the message then said to press 1 to speak to a live operator. The only credit card companies I use would not contact me in such a manner. My cell phone number is on a do not call list, so I am not certain how they got it.

Identical to all of the responses above, except my live human voice became rude when I questioned the validity of the call.  BEWARE!

Just got a missed call from 413-613-0482 no message nor am I calling it back. I've had my cell number for 11 years and every phone I have had I program numbers into it. I'm all set! LOL

Received a call on my cell; didn't recognize it so I didn't answer it. No voice mail left, either. Right away checked it out on this site and I see that my instincts not to answer it were correct. Just registering another call from this number so others can see the pattern.

Just got that same call on my cell number, when I pressed 1 to speak with a representative to ask them to take me off their list, he hung up on me!!!

Same as above ... didn't answer, no message.

Asked to be removed from list and the representative hung up on me!!!  Extremely RUDE and uncalled for!!!

Unwanted call

Just got the call, too, and of course the number is on every Do Not Call list.  There needs to be a special circle in hell for these people.

Got a credit interest solicitation from the same number: 415-613-0482. I'm at work, so this is a real nuisance. Everyone file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry! www.donotcall.gov

Just received a call from this number.  Did not answer and no message.
