IRS automated scam recording said they had a very important issue to discuss before they took action against me left a number for me to call to get ahold of them

just received the same call
The recording said they were from IRS and the name was Julie Smith

IRS scam phone calls needs to stop.

Person of interest is being investigated. Lets prosecute this freak !! Police and IRS are working on it.

I heard they were being watched as well and police are going to arrest soon.

Yeah the freaks just called me then left a message telling me they had a very important matter to discuss and for me to get a hold of them as soon as possible before they take further action and prosecute me. Is this really a scam, because i have called this number back they answered the phone and would not say nothing they hung up on me.

Got the same call today. Claimed to be Julie Smith of the IRS.  It must be a scam. The IRS makes initial contact by official mail, not by phone.

Erased the message, and don't remember exactly what it said.  I know it was threatening, that they would come after me, I think for money.

Got the same message from Julie Smith [***].......These scammers need to be prosecuted, this happened to someone I know as well.

Received same call as others.  IRS Scam for sure.  

I just received the same message.  Threatening to take action against.  Interesting how there's no mention of your name in the message.

Same message from Julie Smith. I know for a fact that IRS only communicates through mail. What scares me is that I am in communication with them the past month or so. Doesn't it seem weird that someone would be calling me right now.
Someone internally getting a list of names in contact with the IRS?? Hmmm......

I received an IRS Scam call from this number...sounded like a bad robo-call.  I wish the Authorities would find these people and imprison them for the rest of their lives.

How the hell did they get my number which is private.

today is 1/29 and I got a call from this man who did not speak English very well.  He told me he was Officer John Smith from IRS and that a warrant has been issued in my name.  I asked the caller for my name, his reply was I am Officer John Smith I need your full name..............I told him he should have my name since he called me and has issued a warrant for my arrest......I told him I was calling my local police and he hung up on me!.....................I really hope someone finds him and locks his crusty ass up!
