Who IS this?????

has Called me twice and i have called back but it doesnt like ring or anything

They keep calling me but leave no message.  I am on the Do Not Call list.  But, that doesn't seem to matter to telemarketers.

When I try to call them back, no connection is made; no ringing, nothing.

This number has called me twice this week.  I tried to call the number back this afternoon, and all I reached was dead air.

I too received a call from this number and the caller id list it as unknown.

Just do what I do,answer in a foreign language. When these f*ckers have called me in the past,I've had them convinced they were speaking to the Berlin central police station,to traffic division (in German of course).

Caller ID says California call, kept ringing about 20 times before I answered and all I got was dead air.

this number calls me at least weekly when i can't pick up.  they don't leave a message.  it is busy when i call back.  another message board says it is ARS Debt Collection......

I got a call from this number and when I answered dead air what does that mean?

I randomly receive calls from this number and they never leave a message.  I just called the number back and said it was ARS Collections.

Have no idea who they are - I think they are trolling numbers with same names. They woud not answer howthey got my number.
