Recorded call with a message from the IRS to contact Nicky Johnson today- 22 Jun. 2015

I feel this is a scam.

I feel you miss recorded my telephone with your IRS Scam.  When I checked your phone it list your name as
Cynthia.

Total scam.  Originates in either India or Pakistan.  Ignore and block.

I’m an Enrolled Agent with the IRS (Inactive). IRS does not initiate contacts by phone.  US mail only.   IRS does not file lawsuits.   Court action, if any is handled by the DOJ and all parties are entitled to legal assistance if it is a criminal matter.  But--tax disputes are for the most part civil matters.  90% of all IRS tax disputes are settled administratively.  IRS has absolutely no authority to call on local law enforcement for anything. Local law is never involved in IRS tax disputes. IRS does not threaten to involve local law enforcement or to arrest you for nonpayment of federal taxes.  IRS has no powers of arrest.    If LE is necessary, US Marshals do the job.  IRS does not cold call anyone and demand immediate payment of  money.  IRS does not ask for financial information over the phone.   IRS does not accept Green card money paks for payment in any case.  No one is prosecuted for ordinary tax disputes. IRS has absolutely no authority over anyone's professional license. Professional licensing is handled by state governments.  Yes, levies on property to satisfy an existing tax obligation do occur, but only after a very long period of negotiation. And yes, liens are placed on individuals but  usually after a lot of negotiation and a failure to reach a settlement.    All determinations of tax liability are subject to appeals.  All  contacts by the IRS are initiated by US mail.

Now how in the heck does a recording miss record one of your calls?  You're stupid.

415-800-4078 -- called and left message I needed to return call  -- IRS -- said I needed to call right away or could face legal action.  uh huh....scammer

Recording stating call is from IRS...clearly a scam

Turned in to a sex call. person that answered asked for my husband , I said I do not speak to him. The young man (idiot) asked if it was because I was not satisfied in bed. I told him that was private , he went on to tell me he had a nine inch [***]. No the IRS does not call and leave a message. I called to tell them to stop calling. I did report the number to FCC and FTC. They are aware of this number.

Got two calls in the past two days from a Nicky Johnson claiming to be from IRS and to return a call.

She called from San Franciso. Phone 415 800 4078...tried to sound official, stated my retained attorney had been notified.  Don't have one.

I live on the other side of the USA....

It's a scam from all indications.

Received message from this number.  Recording was from Nicky Johnson today June-24 2015.  The voice was mechanical.  The message was to not ignore this call as the IRS was about to take action against me.

called my cell but didnt answer. they left a voice mail for me to call a number or they would take action against me.  Called again an hour later, i picked up phone but didnt speak so they just said goodby claim to be IRS

I will sue these people for harassment.

These [***] called and said I had a lawsuit against me and said my lawyer knows about it.. I have no lawyer. And I have no lawsuit against me these idiots think they are so smart the law needs to step in!! Ridiculous

SCAM !! such low lifes.

Received the following call - "New service and the hotline to my division is 415-800-4078. I repeat it's 415-800-4078. Don't disregard this message and do return the call before we take any action against you goodbye and take care."

They keep calling

got an automated (robo) voice mail from this number.  I called it back and Steven --- stated there was a court case for me because I did not pay my taxes.  He then stated that he had made numerous calls to this number (this was the first) and had sent letters via the post office to my home also.  I told him...nope never received any letters. He then said that they needed to be signed for and since no one was home the mailman must have not left them.  I'm sorry but if someone needs to have something signed for and no one is home then a note is left in your mailbox and you sign for it at the post office.

caller ID says San Francscoca, BINGO!! their not from America, can 't spell "San Francisco"
& it was illegal,due to time zone,according to MY zone. Did not answer,but I did call 'them' NO answer
yes,it is now  BLOCKED.

Received recorded call saying that the Internal Revenue Service was going to take action against me and that the clock had started ticking the minute I listened to the message!  She said she was Nicky Johnson and gave this number.  I did not call back.

yes, it is a scam, dont give them any information. Hang up, block the number. Never give any information out to anyone on the phone, EVER!!!!!

Called today on my cell phone number, did not recognize the call so did not answer.   Left me a message stating that I better call back before the IRS takes action against me.  If I hear from them I'll keep you posted.

Received scam call from 415-800-4078. This appears to be the IRS scam. The caller ID was San Francisco, CA.
