Someone named Tom Moyer leaves message to call him @ 315-802-5422 to resolve a matter before its released for legal processing.  Caller ID showed call came from 469-804-8895

"John" from Prime Management Pre Legal Services called from 415-801-2201 asking for my Ex-Husband starting telling me all about why he was calling, he got EXTREMELY rude, mean and then starting talking trash to me when I stated that he has no idea who he is talking to. He assumed I was my ex-mother-in-law. He then proceeded to act like he was looking at "my" credit talking about how horrible of a person I am, so on & so forth. I then informed him (once he stopped talking for 1 second) that I was the ex wife of the person he was looking for & the things that he was saying were slander and he needed to watch how he spoke with people. He started being rude and mean again asking why I was not at work. I proceeded to explain that I was at work, as a criminal attorney and I was starting to record this conversation for the record, would he like to change his tone with me or should we continue on record for the attorney general complaint I am about to file? He said "good luck finding me..." I told him good luck with his job that he is obviously very bad at since he did not know who he was speaking with or anything about the current status of the person he was seeking.....I do NOT BELIEVE THIS WAS A LEGIT COLLECTION AGENCY. I think they were just looking at people's information and seeing if they could get you to pay them to stop "AN IMMEDIATELY PRESSING LEGAL MATTER THAT IS DUE IN COURT NEXT WEEK THAT WILL ATTACH LIENS & WAGE GARNISHMENTS ON YOU & YOUR PROPERTY" These were the inaccurate words spoke to me by "John". DO NOT FALL FOR THIS INCORRECT SCARE TACTIC

I have received multiple calls from this guy named Josh who states that I am about to be sued for not paying payday loans and that he is sorry he is calling me at work. I told him I looked him up and found out he is a scammer and that I am reporting him. I told him to never call again and hung up. 5 seconds later he called back but this time I just left the handset on the desk and walked away. He then called 10 minutes later and I just push buttons to create noise. He

Unless the poster comes back to this thread to read, you probably won't get a reply since no one gets notifications. More then likely it did not. Extortion scams are pretty rampant of late. And this has all the earmarks of one.

Thanks. Getting a ton of calls from here. Staying I have so many days. Using big words like "arbitration" and saying they will have to "make a recommendation." The caller now sounds nice, the prior guy was getting really rude on my voice mail. I don't answer collectors unless contacted via mail. I know that any reputable compay will send documentation but it's still concerning.

I would like to block this call.  Harassing all day long and it is a scam.

Keeps calling saying they are going to turn in a document for an unpaid debt. I don't owe anybody never rec anything from them . It's a recording

stop answering those calls- I laugh when I see the number- message said I need to call about a murder.

Received call from this company staying that are a pre legal so called business calling about a old debt
