Have been receiving calls from this number all morning.  No voicemail and haven't picked up.

Two calls this morning so far. No answer at the other end.

Net Research Service.  Public opinions survey.  Just called the number back and the recording had the nerve to say "we're sorry if this call (as in singular!) was an inconvenience."  I'm calling back several times and leaving messages and letting them know how annoying it is.

I got 6 calls this morning from this number.  No one is on the line when I answer.

Have received at least 6 calls from this number so far this morning/afternoon.  I've answered 3 and got 'dead air', never a person.  Highly annoying.

I have received 7 calls so far today. No one on the line when I pick up. No message left when I don't. I suspect it's an election-related call, as a CA primary is coming up in a few weeks. But WTF!

Up to 6 from this number today. Started about 11am.

Refused to identify. Refused to put me through to his supervisor. Hung up on me.

Repeated calls with no message left over last week, several times a day.....

Same thing happens to me. I've got this number called into my cell several times this week, but never leave a message.

They call every 10-20 minutes all day. I answer, I don't say anything then hang up. At least it's costing them a few pennies.

Keep calling and don't answer, ANNOYING!

These people have called me 25 times today, never leave a message and just keep calling like the energier bunny. Very very rude. This should be against the law to call so much.

Finally picked up one of these and they wanted to conduct a survey for the upcoming CA election. Probably hired to do a push-poll by Republinazis. Told them that I don't respond to telephone surveys or cold calls of any kind, and to please take my name and number off their list. I believe by law they are supposed to comply with this type of direct request; we will see....

Same here.   On a Sunday, 10 calls five minutes apart on our fax line.   Your replies above tell me who it is and their M.O. I don't care who it is..   there are reputable survey companies, and scums like these folks.

These PEOPLE are Spamming and Phishing and it's pissing LOTS of people OFF!
