Left a message said their name was Michael (caller id says Robert Bayliff), spoke with an accent and said "I am trying to reach you in regards to law enforcement action that has been started against you"
So tired of these people trying to scam money out of others.

This is the 2nd time we have received a message from this person - name sounded like Brian King- heavy accent made it hard to understand.  The caller ID tagged the number (415-852-9309) belonging to Robert Bayliff.  Claimed there is legal action pending against us and that we should be in contact with him and have a lawyer.

Called and said was from Dept of Legal affairs(no mention of which dept of legal affairs). Sounds just like other comments. I think the name they used was Frank North but it was hard to understand.
Said to call or have lawyer call. I wonder what would happen if we did have lawyer call?

I just received the same call.  I.d. said Robert Bayliff also.  Caller, Michael Clarke, left identical message.  Total scam!  Tempted to call them and give them a fake cc.....just to see what they say.  Shame!  People are awful!
