This number called and I was out. The caller left a long-winded message on my answering machine. He used my maiden name, which I have not used in 2 years. The man had a thick, Indian accent and stated that he was with the Department of Legal Affairs. He identified himself as Javan Minner. He stated that I needed to contact him right away because there was "enforcement action started on your name." He also said that it would be better if my attorney called him back. I am glad I read the other posts on this page; it seems like the same story all around.

Received 3 calls from 415-935-7074 but now the Indian man is calling himself Jordan miller, I have also had multiple hang ups from the number, it's a scam to make you believe you owe the government money, very similar to the IRS SCAM.
DO NOT GIVE ANY ACCOUNT INFO AND DON'T BUY MONEY CARDS TO PAY

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.

I received a call, with the claim that they have been trying to reach me on my two year old address. They asked me to call 415-935-7074. As soon as I asked them if this was a scam, he first denied by asking me if I really think so and than hung up.

spoke to the "assistant" of Mark Anderson, with legal affairs of the Treasurey Dept. I was told an arrest warrant had been issued, and that I was going to be arrested for tax evasion. This (male) had a heavy accent and said our conversation was being recorded, hence the bad connection. I contacted the police and attorney, and they explained that this is a scam.

I have received 3 calls from different people claiming to work for legal affairs treasury department first caller said that I had to get back with him as soon as possible and that there is a claim being filed against me next caller stated that I needed to contact them immediately because I had an arrest warrant for me and the last call I received said that they were calling from the Federal Trade Commission I needed to contact them immediately and had advice for my attorney to do so in order to settle this matter I interned called Federal Trade Commission and department of legal affairs local police department an FBI they all had claimed that this is a scam and disregard the call I too in fact received two calls from Jordan Miller Indian descent the phone number 415 935 7074 and the last call I received was by Jenny Anderson phone number 503 886 2790 I called them back told him I knew it was a scam and I do not want to receive any more calls and that I had reported their numbers
