800notes has lots of posts regarding a very similar number (415-991-7603) which also started recently.  (Oct 15)
My suspicion is both numbers are being used by the same party.  Probably a scam.  I don't answer unrecognized numbers.

Received an unidentified call from this number at 4:57 p.m.  with no message left.  Only friends have my cell number so I thought it was suspicious.  I have blocked this number going forward.

Voice recording claiming I won a cruise for the Bahamas. Hung up immediately after.

This RoboCall came in to my cell phone, while I was on a call, from unrecognized number in my a/c. I expected it to go to voice messaging. No message left. Looked the number up here. See that MO is to not leave any message. Or that its a SPAM phony "you've won a Caribbean vacation" ploy. I went to the Do Not Call Registry and reported it.

Please, please, please do the same. The more complaints the more pressure can be brought to these cretins.

Came in on my mobile phone. I did not answer and no VM was left.

Got a call. Answered and no one.  Called back and calls are auto declined

As i was expecting a call i picked up ...USUALLY DONT.  Heard nothin and hung up immediately.  A few minutes later an oklahoma nbr called.  Ignored.

Keeps calling, when I say hello no one responds.
Probably a scam as stated above.

Just got a call 8:04pm. Called back via VoIP anonymous. Got this recording:
"The survey you have been called for has now finished. If do not wish to receive further call please press 9"

BOOM! and off went the bomb under their [***] and blew those inane MF farts to smithereens ....

Got the same call, Googled the number fist and found this site. These kind of calls are probably just to test a huge list of auto-generated numbers, to see who answers or calls back Then they can sell those numbers, proved to be active and used by someone who will respond to the real spammers and scammers.

Yay, I won a cruise to the bahamas. All I have to do is give them name ss# address and banking info.

call came in as i was just trying to dial out and i accidentally picked it up... a man, claimed that he was calling from customer care dept (but didn't say where), asked if i could hear him, without me answering the voice recording started saying that i won a vacation package - I HUNG UP right away..

I picked up and heard something like "Hi, this is Tim (?) from the Customer Service Department. Can you hear me OK?". Don't reply to this!!
