Lady called asking for someone who I do not know, then asked if I was affiliated with them after I told her she had the wrong #. Probably a collections call of some sort.

I had the same experience as this person. She called and after I told her I wasn't the person she was looking for and assured her that she had the wrong number she kept asking for my name.
Weird.

415-993-5861 keep calling making threats in regards to a claim that i am suppose to owe and they want my credit card information.

(415) 993-5861, I received the same call from this number and 844 869-4472. She said her name is Olivia and Kathy. They are sound the same. He claimed that is office notification regarding a pre-trial again you. Don't be fool and response to  the call. Any official document must be in a form of letters. This is a scam.

I can NOT believe this...but this number has called me 5 times today...within about 7 minutes.  I have it blocked (thank God for my new phone) but their number still shows up on my Caller ID.  I have no idea who they're calling or what they want...but 5 times in ONE day?  This is beyond ridiculous.  It goes to show you...they're just stupid idiots scammers who are bound and determined to find a sucker.  Don't waste your time with these jerks!!!

Don't be scammed! Ignore these jerks. They threaten legal action. It's a total scam. I feel bad knowing there are people out there who might get scared from their aggressive tactics and actually fall for it.

I call back and get a machine.  They are asking for someone I do not know.  I am a paralegal and I told them if they call me one more time I will be calling the FCC and filing a complaint against them.
