    it's not a real phone #, it's "spoofed" caller ID, because no telephone #'s in the U.S. have a 000 exchange.

    Didn't answer since it's probably a scam.  They didn't leave a message.  I am in Toronto

    They've called here daily for a week now - spoke to me once purporting to be a duct cleaning service.  Think it's more likely a scam as they backed off quickly when the DNC registry was mentioned.  Actual caller ID is masked by this spoof number - which spells trouble from the get-go.  The disconnect button is your friend.
