Got a call in the afternoon, no message left, when I called it back I got a busy signal...anyone know what this number is?

Same weird sounding person calls over and over again from this number and various others area codes in Canada and the U.S.A. and when asked to not call back he pretends he didn't hear you can continues with what appears to be canned responses.  One of the most common comments from him is "There is no real message so I'll just call back"

well for the past 3 months i have been having to deal with unknown calls from this 416 234 0063.
another # they use is 705 733 8789 they even are linked to an ottowa #613.
They are the canadian and united kingdom office of featured films for families and family telecom atleast every day or every second day

I had area 813-416-705 all calling.  I was frustrated so I picked up the phone and its a scam.  They tell you that you have won a trip to Flordia or wherever and they need your credit card.  Told them to stop calling alot of good that did

That does not sound like Featured Films for Families number. Their contact number is 1-800-326-4598. I get calls from them all the time. But it may be their call-out line and that's maybe why that line is always busy (when some one is brave enough to call them back). There is a soloution to telemarketers. About one a month you need to add your number to the "DO NOT CONTACT" list. Google it.

I too got a call in the middle of the afternoon from 416-234-0063 but I chose not to answer it. I figured if that's something important they can leave a message so I can call them (at my own convenient time... lol). I tried researching that number but no results so far. I am however going to look deeper into it. I hate these kind of calls.

1-416-234-0063 is used by Feature Films For Families.  Once through their patter if you say no they will get off the line without trying to push you into saying yes.  Their delivery is very slick but still leaves you with the feeling you are talking to a computer and not a person--I think they open and close with a real person but the middle is computerized, although its the best computerized filter system I've heard, even better than Telus'.  However, for an organization to call promoting family movie production but to use a computer to do so is a bit eerie.  It also suggests to me a very big budget which also leaves me suspicious.

Received a call from this # however I did not answer it.

416-234-0063 - unsolicited calls trying to push something to me.
Do they know what are they doing?
What if I try to push something of mine to them?
The pests are 'Film & Families' do they think they sale family values????????

i to got a call from 416-234-0063  many times but this time i was home to receive the call it is indeed Canadain Authors and Future films for families, it seems i was referred by someone who knew me who actually particapated in this gimick. i declined the offer and asked to be taken off the list

Keeps calling I have asked them to stop and they just keep calling.

got 3 calls from these people yesterday and I told them to stop calling. So far I have got 2 calls thismorning and it is only 11:40am.

This number called me looking for "the lady of the household." I'm not a lady, but the woman on the line said "There is no real message, so I will call back later." Gimmick!!!

Just missed a call from this number. Called back but got a recording about some Family Film company. Anyone know how to stop the calls?

they called all the time, and leave no message, appear no name, i do not answer them, they are annoying. to this no. 1-416-234-0063 please stop calling and disturbing us.

i said there wasnt one
and she instantly said thank you for your time and hung up

Been getting calls form 416-234-0063 and 613-241-8963 for the last few days. They started at the same time so I am thinking they may be the same company. Won't leave a message, busy when I try to call back.

Since they're selling BS I had no problem selling it right back to them.
I told them that any further contact would be held as harassment and that I worked for the RCMP.
Haven't heard a thing..... lol
I DON'T like those "Do Not Call" registries. I had to change my number after signing up for the national one in Canada. It seems that its not too hard for unseemly types to get their  hands on those lists because two weeks after I signed up the phone calls increased dramatically and would not stop!
